After a point, it became clear that the strength increases of the enemies you have to face is quadratic instead of linear. I should not be more afraid of a group of crabs assaulting me than a horde of zombies.

Serious balancing issues: it comes down to the leveling system. I was at level 78 when I beat the game. Strength was around 60 - and it was still taking a significant number of hits to take down some of the enemies. You can't really play around with different weapons - you have to pick one, at the beginning of the game, and stick with it through the whole thing, or you'll be drastically underpowered.
It's not that the enemies are difficult - they either throw stuff at you or just go straight towards you. But when you're whacking away with a sword for four or five minutes a screen - and not being injured, really, just hitting the attack button over and over again - it gets really boring.

It's very irritating when you have to switch screens all the time simply because you're walking against a wall. Also, if you run out of antidotes and you're poisoned beyond the reach of a shop, you're screwed.

Could you possibly add a short invincibility frame? A fair amount of times I die because I get trapped between an enemy and a wall and go from full to 0 from them just walking into me constantly.

The save game feature doesn't seem to be entirely working. My only option is to start a new game, which tells me that my only option is to play this game in one sitting. 3/5.

Immunity time is too short! If you get surrounded you basically loose 50% of life or more just to move away from them!

I beat the game, i hope there's a explanation for the next game :) Oh tips: Strength is best stat, don't waste any on anything else, like luck. Get 20 Student, then Sword Mastery (because by lvl 40ish you'll need it to save time) and then get lvl 20 money collector. By mid lvl 60's to lvl 80, you'll finish the game. Anyways, good luck. Biggest disappointment was there was NO END GAME BOSS. Very disappointing :L.

I found the game tedious to go through. Useless MMO quests in the very first village, I didn't see any way to heal in town except by buying potions, and the scale of each map is probably too big for no reason. You don't walk faster than in Link's Awakening, but every square of map, and house, is two times bigger. Tedious, tedious, tedious.

Sometimes the Poison Sign disapears, yet you are still poisoned, is the poison supposed to disapear after a while or is it permanent if you dont use an Antidote?

Finished the game some quick notes. You may want to fix your scaling for the future the end of the game got kind of boring as even maxed out i was hitting the same enemy 5-10 times to kill it. Also you may want to fix poison as each time you hit it restarts your poison counter and only hurts the enemy if you stop hitting them

The graphics, enemies and even character animations look EXACTLY like Link's Awakening (not to mention the grass). He could have been a LITTLE more creative. But it looks like a good game anyway

I got stuck in my game when I saved just before dying from poinson. Now when i respawn I can only walk two stept and then I die. I have to start the game all over now.. :/

copy of Legend of Zelda!!!.....(the jungle is almost the same with a few differences and the sound when u pass a door its exactly the same)...... 2/5 cause i hate copied games...... (and before u disslike my comment check legend of zeda first to see if i am right plz)

Love this game.Hate all the asses who never made a game and decide to scream at this game.For those wondering how to use the manuals,go to Character sscreen[1] and use a skill point on the new icon that shows up after you get a manual.Also,this game deserves 4 Star rating[5 star from me :D] due to the feel of a classic retro rpg.Also,he admitted he based this game on LoZ himself,so stop complaining.Only a small problem with bow,the difficulty of having to buy each arrow.Perhaps a Buy This Much:[Insert Number Here] or something?Also work on grammar would be nice.
