The RPG Maker XP music isn't very fitting, IMO, but that's the biggest complaint I have, which should say enough about the game itself.

Its a bit easy for a shooter.
I went more or less straight for the green helicopter and lasers. After that i got the Minigun directly thats by far the most effective weapon.
I Played the last level with the green Heli, having no problems.

Loved this game. Better than the first one. Lasers did look like dogs, lol. I thought the space ship should have been the best ship. This game isn't a rip from "Upgrade Complete". It is its on game. May be similar in some ways, but in no way I would call it a rip. Any way I give it 5/5. I hope there is a third one.

your 2nd click in tutorial when you are in the map is spelled wrong, it spelled "clik" but it must be "click" rate this up so the developer see it :D

lol. darn the guy in the top comments who said the lasers look like uncooked hot dogs. thats all i can think about now... lol also, the top right island kinda looks like a frowny face. haha. cannot be unseen. thats what i hate about the hot dogs. even though i am shooting hot dogs that act like lasers, i give the game a 5/5. i find it fun

Not bad. I completed both the games, and will just leave my overall thoughts on this one. If you make a third, please give the enemies their own bullets. Just a personal annoyance of mine if I can't tell who owns which bullet. My main thought about the games, is that they need more levels. The first game I actually had to upgrade quite a bit in order to beat the last boss but this one felt very uneventful, Feel free to go nuts with final bosses, make it fun, make him fire at me with everything he's got. Not bullet hell, but enough to provide a challenge. The game being short reduces my interest in replaying levels as there is no longer a point to get money. Maybe 20-25 levels would balance this out, and the final levels should provide a sufficient challenge regardless of your upgrades.

It's a 4/5 for me. I would have given 5/5 except I couldn't figure out if the hot dogs were coming out of my plane or the enemy planes. Caused many unnecessary deaths, and without mustard.

The game is definitly good, the only complaint I have is the music. This is by far the oddest, and worst us of the RPG Maker XP music I've ever heard... it... just really didn't fit the game in my opinion.
