It's alright, though I thought the weapons were pretty underwhelming in this one. I also finished the game with all 39 stars without buying any of the ships after the 5th one: the main factor in vertical shooters with upgradeable weapons is how much damage you do, but the ships are priced far more expensively than the weapons are for not that much of a bonus, especially if you're decent at avoiding bullets. Still pretty solid, 3/5.

Like this game, but you have to do quite a bit of grinding to get the upgrades. I did beat the game without getting the most expensive ship, and it was only shooting out of 3 slots, not 4. Also, I had the minigun, but it was the basic, not upgraded.

nice game. the orange one is also a giant meatshield! i think its second best. the chopper is skinny enough to get in the middle of fire

A) The minigun is not tri-shot even though the icon shows otherwise and B)the H bomb is in fact not a bomb. Just a really fat missile.

I'm pretty sure this is a glitch, but it seems that the final boss' bullets shot from the main body don't actually deal any damage.
So for example, if you shoot off the rest of its body, the wings or whatever they are, so that only the main body is left, it's impossible for the final boss to kill you.

I managed to beat the game with all stars way before I reached 5,000 enemies or bought the best ship and weapon. I think there might be a balancing issue here.

OK so i just bought a new car right and they deliver it to my house and i come outside and it only has 1 tire on it iam like WTF why does it only have 1 tire on it when i looked at the model it said it came with 4 so the guy tells me ya you have to pay for each of the other 3 tires individually so i take a long look at the guy go into my house come back out and shoot him IT SAYS 4 SLOTS i shouldn't have to pay for the extra slots also every board should have a boss games a little to easy but other then that nice game

I enjoyed the first game but this one seems to require replaying levels to gain cash far more than I remember from the first one.

I'm having tons of issues in the shop.. >.> I'll click things, nothing happens. I can equip new weapons, but have to click every single currently purchased weapon to equip it.. can't upgrade ship. I have 1500, first upgrade is 333.. Gonna keep trying.. >.>

Here in Russia, 'accuracy' means 'carefulness', not 'sharpshooting'. So, it is somehow a bit easier to me to accept it as destruction rate.

awesome, only way to end a level is to die. Killing a boss just leaves you scrolling infinitely with no enemies. Super.

I think I might be the bad guy in this. I start off shooting unarmed planes that have light to no armor, and build up to shooting down the millennium falcon. Also good music, the rail gun ruins that though.

Earning money in this game is like the old fisherman in the Allstate commercial. "I gotchya a dollar! Ohhh, so close, gotta be quicker than that!"

While grinding my way to a fourth slot upgrade on the 650 ship, I accidentally won. Yes stars come from land based baddies; they have nothing to with money collected, "accuracy" (which is closer to on base percentage), etc. A grind? Yeah, but a fun one. Love the design, and no lag on my cr@ppy old laptop, even with a zillion bullets, baddies, clouds etc on screen. Well done for what it is.

Game gets less dull not long after, at least when you buy right. My way was: first gun is quick to upgrade, lvl 8 might do if you wanna save each and every penny. Second (by price) ship, energy shot weapon, some upgrades of it on the way to buy the second ship that's 2-slot. Already there, but rocket or laser or sonic is quick to buy, i suppose they equally fun (myself went with lazors cause they seem oldschool. >:) You can farm quick then. And yeah, I don't say you ain't gonna have to farm at all x). But try Reactance 1, 2, Frantic(s), Pixel Vaders.

i don't know why smurf comment was downvoted; i got the easy badge on my first try. and yes, it's 'kill rate' instead of 'accuracy' as the other says. i think it's already mentioned a lot in the comments. if you missed it, it's your fault for not reading it.

Would've been an okay game if it was not stretched out long so. The dull encumberance makes me rate both my time spent playing it and itself low.

I'm astounded people have problem with the easy badge. Sure its a bad wording but you will get it by "accident" if you don't even try. Failing to kill at least 75% of enemies in a level is mind boggling... It doesn't make sense NOT getting it. I cant wrap my head around it. It must be trolling or a case of "try once, fail once, give up" mentality.

I wish I'd read MEAxR4mP4G3x's post before spending ages making sure each shot met its target, and only scoring 45%. Blast away, and take out as many of them as you can. Missing doesn't count against you.
