Best of these yet and I like the series quite a bit, but there's myriad of ways it could be improved... 1) Frenetic should give slightly more money than Normal, and Hard should give MUCH more.. 2) Equipment slots that work like weapon slots (1 for early ships but up to 3 for later).. 3) more upgrades like starting with an extra bomb or health drops being more common.. 4) CRUNCH the upgrade levels for weapon, like 5-10 at most... 5) LESS plane choices, it's ridiculoud.. 6) auto-equip new plane on buy, and saveable weapon loadouts... etc etc

I loved the graphic, but the latest levels are quite a pain even with thoughest ship and strongest weapon...
Also, once you manage to complete it, there is no way you'll play it again. 4/5

The game is pretty fun...right up until the last two levels. The "upgraded" dark-matter ships are WAY too powerful for their own good - even with the ultimate ship, their shots kill you in three or four hits, their collisions kill you in five or six, and the maxed-out ultimate weapons take forever to kill them! Nerf please?

Hard to control on tiny movements, looks like I'm losing focus when moving in tight spaces, 5 attempts and I've still not completed the first level. Going to play something else.

well... that makes sense... blow a wing off of a plane larger than you... that's going backwards... at the same speed that you're going forwadr... and it gets faster manuverability side to side... oh you.... i like you...

Yay ! Finally i found a game that is not like that stupid Alien Sky game . (If you have the "Yahoo Games" CD , then you might know Alien Sky . I have that CD)

Oct17 Damage is still incorrect on weapons. For example Frag Bomb says 3150 maxed but could barely pass level. Equipped Napalm bomb at lvl 16 with only 437 damage and decimated everything on screen. It's a shot in the dark at what the real damage is. Good luck!

Why is it that the meteor gatling, even fully upgraded, doesn't do nearly enough damage to wipe the last level? Also,nearly all the weapons I have tried so far haven't been very useful. I kept one of the "weaker" weapons up till about level 16 cause all the ones after it were useless.

im on level 5 but the game is not awarding the easy mode badge for completing level 3, is there a trick or is it just bugged?

When I try to leave a level, the game just stops, pulsing between a splash screen and blackness but doing nothing. Refresh fixes, but is a pain. Is this a problem for anyone else?

TIP: You can crash an armored plane to kill high HP enemies and quickly grind cash for upgrades.
Also, does Frenetic mode count for the hard achievement?

This was the easiest Hard Badge I've earned in a while. It was challenging, but not by any means hair-tearingly difficult. It made Survival Mode a huge disappointment; I'd spent so long upgrading my plane and playing through challenging level after challenging level that by the time I got to Survival, it was frustrating to have to go through the lower-leveled enemies again. The difficulty ramp looks good for a plane that starts out small and upgrades through the challenge, but not for a fully decked out plane that has just beat the final boss. Furthermore, it doesn't even get difficult enough; I spent three or four minutes fighting swarms of the exact same brown plane before I got bored of it and quit. It'd be nice to include it earlier in the game (maybe just require a certain number of stars?), but it definitely doesn't stand on its own as postgame content.

This game's too hard. Even on normal I can't beat level 1. This boss is OP. You should remove bosses or add a noob mode where everything can be killed with one hit but you don't get money. + if you disagree, if you -, you're an idiot or you also think this game's too hard.

The game won't get past level 1.. Second time I clear it, and all I get is an infinite scrolling of an empty level once the boss is dead :(

There could be so many improvements that I've not seen from all your previous games. Different weapons/maps isn't all that should be changed in a series of games. I will say I like the color-pencil aspect to the game, it makes it unique.

Getting 3-stars on that last level is impossible without getting SUPER LUCKY and finding a bunch of power-ups and/or smart bombs.

Congratulations. All the previous Notebook Wars games were a bit too easy, you've now gone the opposite direction and made the last 2 levels completely impossible (on hard).
