Ahhh...badge whoring, I love it. Easy path spoiler: Go for 3 slot plane first. Upgrade as fast as possible to homing missiles (balance your upgrades with saving up). Watch it rain money.

Posting a few tips for anyone who needs them. -1. You can equip more then one of the same gun. -2. Three Gauss guns rock. -3. buy a Northdrop till you can afford the "Flying Fort" the "Triplane" is to big. -4. When you can afford it buy and max out the homing missle, three of them make the last boss a joke as you stand to the side and watch him die. -5. And the last tip "Missile,Ice Gun,Missile" is a great combo for getting 100% on all levels, freeze and dodge enemies while the missiles kill them.

I have to say, this is a simple top down shooting game, but that's what makes it one of the best. You've got upgrades, you've got weapon choices, and different planes. I love the Notebook Wars games, and hope to see more of this awesome series in the future!

I rated this game 5/5 but I changed it to 1/5 because I hate lying developers who claim it's possible to beat this all stars on hard when clearly it is FAR from possible, so far it's ridiculous!!!

IF you think it takes a long time getting the badge, play it at FRENETIC difficulty instead. It's not harder, just faster!

I found a nice setup: Get a ship with three shots, and get Ice Cannon in the middle, and the rest is whatever you want. Works really well, even in the early game (Two Fire + Ice Cannon = rock!) The ultimate sqetup for this is Ice Cannon + Gauss Gun + Meteor Gatling. Ice will slow everything, Gauss will stop these who get in column, and well Meteor Gatling for the rest :P

I'm seeing quite a few people who says this game is hard, I'll say go play a bullet hell game like ESPGaluda, Bullet Heaven, Touhou Project or the likes

An impossible badge, would be an excellent addition. One tip that I would add that i didn't see in the comments would be that you need to buy individual guns for each gun slot. On that same note, make each ship 3 slot compatible, because there is no reason to buy a 1 or 2 slot ship in the later levels. Possibly make the slots unlocked by money. Otherwise, great game.

Uh... Wait if The Normal Difficult Give You hard Achievement Then how about hard Difficult. Could it be Impossible achievement? or maybe collect all stars?

The last level is beatable 100%. I have done it myself (at least on normal mode) You need 2 upgraded plasma bombs to the max on the outside 2 weapon slots, and in the middle you need homing missiles. Don't be afraid to crash in to a few enemies because that is the secret. Save your bomb for when you need it MOST.

Oh look. Another atrocious shooter with a bigger-than-player-ship hitbox gets badges. After three (and a half?) iterations of the exact same game, this developer has learned less than nothing. Notebook Wars 3 Unleashed rejects the adage that "less is more", and the result is actually worse than the first Notebook Wars. The gameplay remains passable, but it relies heavily on random drops. Enemies in the last few levels take way too much damage (especially in hard mode), and the overstuffed shop blatantly lies to you (about both weapons and addons). This developer's apathy is eclipsed only by his cynical contempt for players, as he knows they will rate highly anyway. The worst part is that he's right. 1/5.

That Meteor gun is soooooooooo terrible! It has a DPS of 9000 but it takes me three times longer to destroy a plane in level 19 than that plasma cannon!

You've made the Hard mode inaccessible from the start?! Just how easy do you want the game? I've beaten U.N. Squadron on Gamer mode for hardcore veterans' sake!
Excuse me for my rants, but let me make this clear: I made Unleashed my chosen game just for the Hard mode. I'm not going to play Normal or Frenetic modes. Unlock Hard again please. If you do I swear to you I'll donate some Kreds.

It only took one level to encounter what I consider to be a severe oversight. Whenever the game lags, movement slows down, but not the enemy's rate of fire. This results in the game quickly devolving into a hypershooter, which the now sluggish controls are not capable of handling. That, in my mind, is game-breaking.

definitely get the fire gun as soon as possible... the numbers may not say its very good, but the DoT it has will kill so many enemies while you avoid their bullets... after that, go for the gauss gun, since the enemies come in patterns, and many of those patterns are vertical lines you can shoot through with the gauss gun... when the gauss gun isnt working anymore, the plasma bomb is the one to go for, and you should be getting it around stage 15... for planes, the thunderbolt should be the first buy, then the northrop, then the triplane or flying fortress... always try to upgrade the guns first, and get 2 armor bonuses for the ships... the final levels will kill you in 10 hits with 1400 armor...

I take it back. After much frustration and persistence (read: stubbornness) (and an increase in repair kit drops near the end) I figured out how to beat the last level. It is possible, but you have to know the pattern of the planes very well so that you can get them before they get you. It helps to have a small plane to navigate through the torrent of bullets (I used the Fort with meteors left and right, with plasma ball centre). Though, I still can't even get past 1 star rating on normal :P But I've finally got the badge now, so I'm going to give my eyes a break...
