Frag bombs are easiest to rack up the kills (you don't really even need to aim), but with timing and good aim h-bombs (with high upgrades) are better vs heavy targets/bosses IMO and nearly as good vs swarms if you lay out indirect fire well. I don't think the lvl 10 upgrades work properly as it doesn't take the money and when you come back you get the option again. Auto fire is sweet.

Hbomb its just a fail, with full UPG frag bomb you can just go to the center of the screen (a lil bit down) and go eat something then come back and you will have the win status screen even in lvl 15 i actually made it 5/5 loved that with helicopter you can shoot 0 bullets and go crash with all the normal planes and you will finish the lvl not dieing

HOW TO MAKE LOTS OF CASH: 1. Buy lasers / wave beams, equip all 3 slots. 2. Save up for the biggest ship. 3. Buy frags, equip all 3 slots. 4. ...start the highest level you can where you kill things in 2-4 hits. Put ship in middle of screen. Go away and watch TV or anything that's less boring that playing this game. Come back every 5 minutes - you will have thousands of free cash. Upgrade the frag bombs. Repeat until maxed. 5. Win the game.

Anyone who gots the frag but wants to see the Hbomb dont buy it! it completely sucks! all it shots is a missle that can go like 1 inch before it explodes and it explodes for a small time. dont buy Hbomb.

I loved the endboss, it actually took efford taking it down. That the little blue balls have a greater hitradius then the animation bugged me though.

Gets boring too fast, the H bomb sucks, and computer-generated users keep posting ads to shopping websites no one will ever go to. If it wasnt for the badges, i would just stop playing.

About an hour into the last battle, I set it on auto-pilot, went and watched the Lord of the Rings Trilogy (extended versions), wrote an epic poem that would put Homer to shame, and composed more symphonys then Beethoven and Mozart combined. When I came back, I only had half his health to go. Bonus!

It's getting kinda boring. Everything takes so much to kill it's stupid. I've been using the sonic shot, just got it fully upgraded from level 6 dam and 7 speed. Both are at level 10 now and it didn't really make a difference on how hard it hit(even though it added more damage) and it doesn't shoot faster, even though it says it should. Still not a bad game though. I'll have to try out the frag bombs next. 5/5

Great job on this one. Lots of fun. The upgrades and badges were just right to keep it fun and challenging. If you do make a second one, please don't deviate from the game play. I thought it was done very well.

the last lvl is easy , upgrade frag bombs to lvl 8 speed and lvl 8 damage and leave your heli at the middle of the screen, after than just minimze the game and you should win the level.I did it this way 2 times.

I'm not sure what the deal is, but I've upgraded my laser completely, and then played the next level (11), and then it says my laser hasn't been fully upgraded, and is only sitting at level 10 instead of Max. Happened twice now.

You did a rly gj there on the final boss...almost-fully-upgraded tripple sonic beam and it took me ages to bring that mofugga down.. Pretty awesome that youre not able to reverse upgrades in useless weapons, especially considering how ridiculously hard it is to earn money with them in order to buy some new, not-completely-useless weapons and upgrade them so that you can actually kill the final boss in less than a week.

Morrinn said exactly what I was thinking, especially since I got the same weapons he did. Fully upgraded lasers apparently have better stats than fully upgraded plasma balls, but lasers just aren't cutting it in the later levels, and it took quite a long time to get them all the way up.

Great look, but the upgrades are a bit messed up. You really need to grind for cash and it becomes a big chore. Additionally the upgrades themselves are really funky. I've upgraded both the plasma ball and the Laser to the max and i still seem to have an easier job murdering enemies with the inferior Plasma.
Coupled with the other comments about the H-Bomb being crappier than the cluster-bomb, it's tough to know what weapons you should really go for.
Game looks great, plays fine but the grind makes it quite unappealing.

@ ZemTheManiac: If you think the hit box is over-sized, then you haven't played for long enough to get the Helicopter! It makes the game so easy, you can, like, crash into all enemies in level 14, 13 ,12 and every other level exept those with bosses, and still survive.

This... really isn't that great. I mean, it's cute, but that's really it. Am I the only one who finds this follow-the-mouse control system awful in shooters? And the planes seem to have an over-sized hit box.

HOW TO EASILY BEAT THE FINAL BOSS! so the final boss is pretty hard not because of its shot pattern but because of how much health it has. The way to beat it without taking hardly any damage is pretty much approch it as you would any other boss, stay near the center of the screen and keep shooting! all of its attacks can be dodged if you are fast enough, once it sends out a wave of plane the boss has 2 "claws" sticking out the sides of it, if you stay between the claw and the ship none of the boss' attacks can hit you, only problem is he is always moving back and fourth so you need to do the same, i recommend 3 frag bombs upgraded to 8 frags. Just stay in the pocket and he will be done in no time!

maybe it's just me but the first few levels are really, really difficult, if not for the money left over after dying i'd never get the upgrades i need to actually pass the level

wow i was farming gold on the last stage with frag grenades by not moving so when i came back from doing laundry i beat the game for standing still!!! the boss wont even hit you! this game is broken! and buying the H bomb is the worst mistake ive ever made in a video game

the 'feature' where you turn invincible after being hit needs to be removed....
once you get helicopter you can be right in the middle all the bullets the entire level and never go below 300 armor.

Suggestions - 1) Don't let the round end until enemies are either destroyed or off-screen
2) Either have a level complete bonus, or a penalty for dying. It's not fair to reward the reckless so much.
3) Have some weapons that only affect tanks or fliers.
4) Have other options for the spacebar superpower. Repel bullets back to damage enemies, or 10-second invulnerability, or temporary 2x or 3x attack power, whatever.
5) Have every ship be equal-but-different - i.e., the largest should have the most life, maybe another ship could be somewhat large and unarmored but have a 20% damage bonus or something.
6) The same thing as (4) but with weapons. Or maybe there should be a cost associated with equipping each weapon so that it's not possible for every ship to triple up on frag bombs. Some kind of rebalancing such that every weapon remains useful.
7) Allow the player to bring 2 or 3 planes to a mission and switch between them.
A lot of these would be better for a sequel, I suppose.

I've cleared the last stage whitout playing!!!! I've let my helicopter shooting to get some money and went away, when i came back the game was DONE!!
