Well, after closely observing the shooting patterns of the final boss I came to the concluson that he does not actually want to kill you... If you just stay still, maybe 1 out of 20 grey bullets will hit you. I think he just threatens you and is secretly trying to escape...

i though by laser beam they mean huge epic glowing beams that extinguish all the evil in the notebook and not a bunch of unfried wieners

Absolutely infuriating. The weapons are so weak, even after tens of thousands of dollars in upgrades that enemies are all but invulnerable. You just can't kill them. Horrible, horrible game balance. Tedious and frustrating because you can't kill anything.

Pretty slow at initial build up but once you've farmed enough to buy the right stuff, early finish. Buy 3 slots early then weapons. Frag is the best no doubt.

It's faster and easier to just slam into the ships and hope to get bombs since most of them don't do any real damage anyways.

2/5 started to enjoy it then realised all i was doing was constantly grinding. weapon damage to enemy health in the later levels is ridiculous! dont even earn money as they take so long to kill. started good but for a bullet hell game the upgrades and weapons are poor. plus side i liked the doodling concept.

The game gives new in-game badges after it reports the score to Kongregate, so if you want that to be accurate, play one more mission after you finish the game. I did do it with the H-bomb lvl 6; it takes a few upgrades until you can really earn with it, so the frag bombs are the easier upgrade path. If you don't like to aim, upgrade the plasma bullet to full and then go for the frag bombs.

A good game overall, really love the artwork. But the final boss gives new meaning to the term endurance fight. I do enjoy the 2nd one more though. This would be longer, but I just spent the last 6 or 7 weeks fighting a giant colored pencil ship, I need to rest.

Why doesit have to flash every time I hit an enemy? I think it was the boss on level 11, it's only given me a headache but really it's enough to set off an epileptic fit you should really fix it

I liked the game, it was a bit generic although the artstyle was 'nice'. What was really missing for me was some more boom boom pow - none of the weapons had enough destructive power for me.

Weird. For some reason I haven't completed this game yet, but still played it.
*saves up for the H bomb and buys it*
Oh, now I remember why I stopped playing.

Pros: fun, simple little game... I like that your money doesn't get taken away when you die; Cons: and I find the upgrades page unnecessarily confusing and I don't like that the “upgrade weapons” feature defaults to bullet every time you return to the page. On multiple occasions, I’ve upgraded one thing, thinking I’m upgrading another...perhaps an undo option? Or a confirm button?

This game is incredibly boring, you keep shooting and never kill a thing. You drop a bomb... didn't kill a thing! Man, more foes, less hps, less cpu load
