personally, i believe this game has stood the test of time. im playing in 2017, and it is still an awesome and fun game. this series is amazing and i feel like the creator should be given more credit.

For anyone coming in to play this game, please note that it is unfinished and the mechanics are often broken. You start out VERY weak, but are given a shield worth 5k. Considering you make ~10 gold per fight at this point, it makes you rich. All the stores are the same, so when you finally survive long enough to get to a store, sell your shield for the 5k and buy the most expensive weapon you can. From here, the game poses no challenge until you reach the "end", which can be done in about 10 minutes if you know what you're doing.
Overall, huge waste of time. The balance is severely broken in this game and with it being unfinished and filled with typos, I just can't give it a good rating.

Alright guys, this game is playable. First, saving does work but you must refresh the page and load your game. Also when starting remember to spend your stat points, you start with 5. Agility and Dex to work. Agi reduces your wait time for battle, it is just not very noticeable at lower levels. Dex helps you run away and walk faster, again not noticeable at lower lvls. I suggest leveling up fighting the beginning monsters first to at least lvl 3. and put your first stats into STR and VIT. Better weapons have a massive effect on the damage you do, so always buy better when you can.

GUIDE. To advance, you must sprint to the SW island, using your potions after every battle. Buy the best weapon you can afford after selling your current one.
There is no pet, there is no way to finish the main quest. The man who wishes for a golden hammer is just a useless prompt. The gray area to the east is traverse-able but it is (8)? by infinite wide - I gave up hope after thirty or so screens and nothing but plain gray maps with nothing on them for many, many screens; the bottom of the southmost maps have an invisible barrier about halfway on the screen.

RUNNING SLOW? It is because the 9th item sometimes "hangs" off of the inventory screen. Fix this by selling or dropping items.
TIPS. Save save save ; saving restores your health. The game is horribly unbalanced; get used to it. Agility and dexterity are useless stats. Running is generally useless. When you die, the things remain with you, but not the EXP. In the beginning, don't use the "buy potions" option; use your potions between battles or simply die as buying a higher level weapon is imperative at this point and you can easily trap yourself into spending more on in-battle potions than what you make.

Is this a bad RPG maker game with sprites ripped from FF4, 5 and 6? And why do you lose everything when you die? And why do you stand no chance to get anywhere, due to both that and the fact that every person you fight two hit kills you and you can't run from them. Also, battles winned, lol.

Want to Win? It's Easy!:
Immediately open the first 4 chests. Equip the Dagger. Put 2 points into Vit. Put all other points into Str for now. Walk to the right talk to 2 girls. Go back to the first map. Kill to finish quest. Walk to the inn talk to grandfather and old woman. Leave open chest for wooden shield. Walk right to the shop. Sell dagger and wooden shield. buy Weighed sword for 5000. YOU WIN! Now just put all points into vitality and run around collecting all chests and talking to all NPCs. high dollar weapons and Clover are found in chests. Good luck.

I wonder if the maker gave two thoughts or even skimmed a proofread before making this game. I played it, and talked to everybody in it just for the lols... there are at the north of the road XD

i highly suspect this was made in RPGMakerVX or XP ed. The triggers are badly made, and the shift between easy and hard was far too clunky to be balanced. Add in the possible (but improbable) lawsuit over using FF5 char. sprites in a game not licenced nor advertised by Squaresoft/Square-enix. it's a shame, as i liked the idea, and it looked nice as well... Maybe the second chapter will have greatly improved!

nice world, pretty smooth gameplay, but I think it lacks some balance to make it challenging. It was pretty much a one hit dead game (dead enemy, that is); I didn't have the need to play with the skills or even allocate any points other than 3 vit in the beginning and some str.

This game is wack!! u fight enemys that are far to hard then when you die you restart with nothing and the chest at the restart are empty so u have no weapon. Whats going on. This game could be good but its crap. sort it out for god sake....

never mind, DEX seems to be what makes your attack speed increase, by a painfully small amount though, still not sure of agility though. maybe hit chance?

took one look at it and turned it off not wanting to try it. I have bad eyesight and I couldn't barely tell which one was my character. It's too tiny for my eyes and hurts to look at them.
