So, I've got a connection pod, which I can use on a machine near the start. This initiates what seems to be a puzzle, except that I have absolutely no idea how to interact with said puzzle. Am I totally missing something here, or can I really not do anything with this right now?

the only bad thing i have to say about this series is the size of the screen. Seriously, can't you do something about it, Mat?

Am I playing as the same person through all the games (obviously the same person through 5 and this one), or am I playing as different people throughout different games? Because mur said my journey ends here yet I use a teleporter, and does that lead me to the core?

I wish he would hurry up and get finished with number 7. Also, is there any IDN number or is that just a false trail? I know you have to use something else to open the cube, but I was just wondering.

What a great adventure/puzzle game. Reminded me of the great old ones like Indiana Jones 4 (esp. inside the ancient buildings at the end), etc.
I really really hope we get more games like this again. Also, I’ll make sure you’ll get some money. Rarely is it so deserved on this site of mostly bad copycat games, than in this case. It must really have taken quite some work to make this.

I think the documents in binary are supposed to represent the series so far. 1 through 6, 0, and future loop foundation.

Wow, that part in which you make millions of years pass (presumably) with a turn of a stone is REALLY cool. I like these concepts. Reminds me of Chrono Trigger, where you leave Robo in 600 A.D. working on a forest, and you travel to 1000 A.D. and there he is, rotting (and the forest rebuilt). 400 years in a blink of an eye.
Regardless, I find it weird how the amount of collectible items (and secrets!) has become progressively more scarce. In Submachine 4 we had about a dozen items with us at any given time, and 20+ secrets to find.

This is really awesome! Slightly sad, when you find out he was just using you, but I won't be thrown off that easily!

while this isn't my favorite of the submachines, i see the games as more of a continuous interactive story. obviously most people don't care about/don't follow the story. while this hasn't been the most "fun" or "challenging" of the submachines i am definitely looking forward to where the story goes from here. while i understand that voting has to be done viewing this as a stand-alone game, it deserves a better score than this.
