Amazing game. Somehow you managed to cram the depth of Myst into a Flash game. This is the first Submachine I've played through, but I'll have to be checking them all out now :) 5/5

I have no idea how I managed to miss this a YEAR ago. Just found it. Thanks for yet another one, can't wait for the next (as always!). Such a wonderfully confusing story you're weaving, I want it to all make sense!

I remember playing these games when they first came out. I thought they were awesome, and this one adds to that awesomeness. Fantastic job, good sir.

Absolutely BRILLIANT!! The story is finally starting to make sense. Finally get the karma portels and Elizabeth. Loved the florescent plants, especially the tree. Goes to show that an intriguing story and polished pixels are just as interesting as any HD 3D game! 5/5! Keep the story coming!

Piecing together clues from the mysterious ruins of a highly advanced civilization, now gone forever ... the eerie allure that wrought the Myst empire. Pure genius. Love every single one ... don't stop!

I love this series. I had a bit of nostalgia for the puzzle that summons the capsule; it reminded me of the largest puzzle from Riven. I'm not sure if this is just my computer, but the text of every note (except for the last note in the stack) ended up with the text running single file down the page. This unfortunately also happened to me with the last three secret viewing machines, preventing me from reading anything beyond the first few characters. =(

i found 3 tokens and think i know where the fourth is but not the fifth - 1) by furthest left statue 'be the witness of your thoughts' on first level - 2) in crack in room at top of spiral stairs 3) in messy room behind one of the roman statues -- i think there is one when you first start before you poke the light with the rod to break the force field theres a rock on top of the column - it falls to the ground but i have to restart the game to see if im right =(

This is the first one I beat without help, I feel like my critical thinking skills are being sharpened with every game and I like that. ;)

Oh, so THAT'S what you do with the glowing box! In the wisdom-gem powered gate on the winter palace side, go left to the 4 doors, go through the 3rd door from the left, and place the glowing box in the square hole in the monolith all the way to the right. One of the runes that you need to enter in the code box in the great hall will appear on the monolith.

It's ironic how I used to keep playing these despite barely knowing what the hell is going on. All I knew was that I had to do something an it's the only thing I can do - move forward. I can't gaug the difficulty, though. Point-and-clicks tend to be hard for me. Doesn't mean they're not good, though.

This series gets spookier and spookier... At first it was just a little odd. You were trapped in a house. But now it's starting to make sense, this Submachine thing.....

Like all Submachines, this was ten minutes of pixel hunting with ambient music. Nothing happens. I haven't any idea why this series is popular.

just 3 episodes left to go??? noooooooooooooon!!
I want submachine to never end <3
(even I really loved how everything seems to make sense now)

So, has anybody figured out the last thing you need the gong stick for? I still had it in my inventory when I finally gave up and went through the green portal-hole.

For those who are stuck but don't want to read spoilers: every item is usable untill they are no longer in your inventory.

No matter how much you play these games, you just can't shake the feeling someone's gonna pop out of nowhere in the next room and scare you pants off

the submachine series are just awesome, i played them all. btw guys i know the location of one token. at a moment you come in somekind of a hall with some statues. in one of those roomes next to the statues, lies a stone on the ground in the back of the room. behind that rock lies one token.

Mateusz I have been a fan since Submachine: Zero came out, all the way to number six. I'd say this is the best installment yet! Can't wait for number 8. ( hopefully you will make another ^^)
