@MarsVoltaic: You know there are seven answers to that question
Also, the submachine games have there own TAG! You can't get better than that!

Why is that none (as far as I know) of Mateusz's games have any badges? They're fantastic and beautifully done, not mention complicated and worth a hard badge apiece. His are some of the few games here on Kong that I willingly complete despite no badges to earn. He deserves to get some friggin' badges after all these years!!!

@ mrios: 32 chambers was a spin off, it emerged from a note in Sub4, and it read "Need water. Must find water. Not much, one drop would be enough. Just one drop of water. All I see is sand, 32 chambers filled with sand as I remember.
Write down the coordinates, he said.
Wish I have done that. I need water.
Just a drop..."
it helped explain some of the story of the tomb exploration team, and what went on.
hope this helps!

Like the previous seven installments (plus the various explore/zero/Future Loop Foundation) another brilliant trip into the mystery that is The Submachine.
Filled with ambiance and puzzles that support the growing story of Murtaugh, Liz and all the lost explores. Hard, but not so hard as to discourage you from playing. Perfect balance.
Full marks as per usual.

I FINALLY think I understand...**SPOILER ALERT (possibly)**...not only are there different 'levels' of the Submachine, there are different "Submachines' or dimensions. I think that Murtauge and his crew, plus any other people trapped in the submachine are in a different dimension now, and that is why we never see any signs of human life other then the notes. But that poses the questions, will we ever meet Murtaugh? What exactly is the submachine? and...who the hell is Liz?!? Love these games and can't wait for more!

Going to the bottom right room of level 2 there is a screen where you can see the room you are in of all the dimensions, out of curiosity i pressed in all the buttons to get a mish mash of all the rooms at the same time. (SPOILER ALERT) *BAM* Right in my face it says "the plan__sector 9" What is this madness?! *-* 6/5 (If i could) Best puzzle series ever!

Do NOT pick up the "beamer arm" onto your cursor, you can't drop it back into your inventory, and will have to restart.

ALL Secrets (DONT USE GLOWING DISK YET): 1) move back the bar with handle in Lv1 and it will reappear in Lv3 holding Secret. 2) Under floor right below turnable ring in Lv3 3) Smash cracked stone in lowest Lv3 room with HAMMER 4) Smash closed tubes to the right in Lv6 with HAMMER 5) In Lv5, smash stone dog with HAMMER, use GLOWING RING and STONE BUTTON on that column next to it for the last secret.

First Sumachine I managed to beat without any walkthrough help! Finally my superior mapping skills were actually useful!

I can't believe these games. Not only because they are amazing in every aspect, but that they are free, and the creator doesn't even ask for donations. I would pay $50 for the submachine series on steam.

im not sure what it is, if im just getting used to this sub's game style or what, but i found this one to be quite a bit easier than others. Once i understood the basic concept, it was just a matter of piecing it together. I was not, however, disappointed at all with this game. I love that the story is finally picking up. It still makes little to no sense though. oh well, it may just simply be the way it is structured, it may just be, the layer.

man, in this game, finding secret items while searching for a way to advance in the game kinda bums me out. are those things even good for anything? nevertheless, the game itself is pretty damn good. ^^
