I think that when your girlfriend starts running into spikes when she sees you, it's time for a different girlfriend.

Nice art and such, but some levels are too dark and some things seems to not be working. And as I said in previous post, screen size is fixed so everything is VERY small on bigger monitor/resolutions. 3/5 because of lack of essential features and common sense.

Screen size is fixed, why? It should scale with the kongregate frame... Zooming in doesn't make a difference, the window size is so small it's difficult to see what's going on. I know many other older games have this problem as well, but this is from oct 2011, so just wow... wtf? Needs to be fixed, so the game can be played on bigger monitors as well.

For some reason she keeps running to fats at V.2 so she doesn't fall onto the block, but just killsherself. nothing to say that I'm stuck at that level ^ ^'

On the second following level and the second reverse following level you can just fall and have her jump up to meet you.

Okay, first off, the burning question: Is this based on a true story? Fair warning, this game is *super easy*. A level will take you a minute if you're *horribly* struggling. That's because this is one of those games you don't play for challenge, but the message. Not sure how powerful it is, since it's so simple and universal, but...it's nice. On the right side. Well, at least I got the distinct impression that two people can do what one cannot, and that's a good lesson anytime. So a thumbs-up from me. (Seriously, real people or not? :-D) 4/5

The cheat to get to the Bonus Levels quick is to play 1 level of the Normal Game and Exit. Click on the Bonus Levels and you will go to them! + if this worked for you!

I don't know how to feel about this game.
On one hand, it is undeniably derivative of the Company of Myself - the exact same narrative style with white words that fade in and out with that same dreamlike quality. It even adds in a second character, presumably the girl he's in a relationship with.
On the other hand it has great artwork, and having the background with changing seasons was a nice touch - I assumed it symbolized the time passing as their relationship continued. It's cute and has a feel-good quality to it.
I'm a little bit confused about the grammar. I think that it should be checked over, ESPECIALLY the last lines because they didn't make much sense. Simply getting someone to edit the English would suffice, because even though the game itself is good, some of it was ruined by the poor grammar.
Overall I guess it's a good game, I just think they could have taken it a little farther and added more elements to distinguish it from The Company of Myself.

Control sensitivity was just bad. I shouldn't have to jam on the keyboard to jump. I don't have to in most other games. Maybe I'll come back some other time and finish the game, but I just don't have the patience for repeatedly falling to my death after hitting the jump key at this point in time.

This is a beautiful game. Very clever way of verbalizing how the gameplay changes between level sets. Excellent music, fit with the overall setting very well, and not dry and redundant like most platformers. 5/5

How to properly play this game:
1. Make the game window not full screen.
2. Pull up picture of your significant other in remaining screen space.
3. Play, looking at picture of your significant other at regular intervals.
4. Mentally place their face on their corresponding person.
5. Fall even deeper in love, to the most beautiful soundtrack a game has ever been blessed with.
6. Once you have completed the story, have your significant other over, start playing the bonus levels, and have them control one character while you control the other.
7. Watch your relationship flourish.
