I really like this "type" of game for some reason and was excited to find this one...down side is they ruined it, the others don't make you buy everything over again, it just gets harder, usually you have unlimited tries to get money to do upgrades...not this one, does the arrow going that fast really make the game more fun or just irratating?? So a game that could be a 5 ...is not. Not my fault, I didn't make it lol Don't blame the messanger :-)

I think this is the only 5-point badge that I can't get on Kongregate...how did I set a high score and not get the badge? Terrible...

Its a good platform for a game but like many others have said, it has a few design flaws that really lower the playability factor of it.
1) The most common that seems to appear in the comment box is that with certain items (Ski's, Freaky etc) is that they are one use items), thus one mistake basically can cause you to start from square one again.
2) When getting mid way through the game, the arrow moves exponentitally fast making it extremely difficult to actually progress.
3) If you lose a level you go back to square one.
I font mind one use items but with certain upgrades they should be permanent and instead of starting at square one you should be able to reply the levels, for this I only give it a 3/5

Actually I was maxed out completely and beat 7000m before the last round. I just followed Dedrood's advice... took about 5 attemps.

How times have changed, 4years ago people were obsessing with this game praising how hard it was. Now 4generations of pay to win advertisement full games and current gamers can't deal with it.

For some reason we give it wheels and shoot it out of a cannon, and when you do finally get wings for this glider, they are just for creativity.
1/5

If you right click the game pauses. click off the screen so you don't shoot the canon. click on the screen to shoot the canon.

so you buy things that arent good for anything but the immediate, you cant buy these upgrades until you've wasted your time going for the "goal" and as a bonus, you get compelled to whine about it? i hope this is a rough draft for what could potentially be a very good game

7241 meters... got the badge, now goodbye forever... This is the first game on Kong that I have rated 1/5... Horrible game... bottom line. The things I do for badges... lol

RadicalRam...it is not about being too hard...it is about there being no logic to the upgrade order other than what the game creator wants you to do. So, it is basically a game of "I am thinking of a number between 1 and 10...guess!" There is no skill involved to looking up the order of upgrades, and since there is no LOGIC involved either, it is a game where no matter how skillful you are at the timing of the too fast launch device, you can still lose. Personally, I don't go online to play "Pick a number between 1 and 10" games.

On top of all the other negative comments, allow me to point out the dumb concept of having to time your skis of "Freaky" right, and how more ridiculous it is that there is no altimeter to let you know when you are getting close to the water. The only visual clue is you can see some of the trees in the background. But if you are coming down from a high enough altitude, that doesn't give you nearly enough time to process what you are seeing and click. Nothing more annoying than wasting expensive one time only upgrades. I almost get the feeling that the creator of this game never played his own game before releasing it.

Here's a special trick to get all of the upgrades on the first level!
When the third launch shows it's detail window *right click* and press play to take yourself to the upgrade window. When you continue you will be back at the beginning of the first level again.
Thumbs up to make sure everyone can read this.

Easily the second worst launch game ever (Shopping Kart Hero being the worst). This game basically requires you to purchase certain items at certain times, and there's a lot of experimenting to see which are the right ones to buy. If the author didn't have you lose after a bad round, this game might get more than one star. Maybe three or four. But that simple choice has doomed this game into the piles of unplayable crap games that litter the internet.

Lame, you don't keep your gear between levels and it's not very clear what the level requirements are. Do I need to hit X meters in one go or is it cumulative?

Got all the way up to Mad Dog. Clicked play. Stop to eat my damn sandwich. The game fires the cannon without my input at 0 power after about four seconds.
No. I don't play games that troll me and make me start over because of stupid crap like that. If you're going to force the player to restart after every death, you should at least make sure his losses are his own fault.

Trick: Use rockets right before you hit water (not earlier enough to lift you away from water) Next cannon launch you get a boost from it coming out of the cannon, but still have all your rockets!

The key to winning this game is really just to use your thrust RIGHT AWAY, right when you get shot out of the cannon you just gotta spam click thrust. Dedrood already said this, but unfortunately not specifically enough.

This uses a logarithmic power gauge, so anything less than about, oh say, 70 percent results in less than half power, ie a LOSS

this game is completely retarded. I only have money for ONE upgrade each level, and the dificulty curve goes from 0 to 100 in three levels. The first one was quite easy, the second almost medium, the third was insanely hardcore. The programmer is a real retard. Sounds and graphicsa are fine, upgrades really impact the game, but it's too much for us. The easy badge should be at least a medium one and the medium should have been impossible.

Personally, I had no problem beating the game but after several runs of approximately 6800 I beat the game and was asked to restart. But all I want is the "Hard" badge that requires me to get to 7000. You should be able to go continue flights with your fully upgraded plane after you beat the 7 pilots. Otherwise you are forced to play through all the easy ones again!!
