Games like Doom 1, Alone in The Dark, and Resident Evil1991 made gaming history. To be clear, I like old pixilated games like Minecraft, Galaga, Packman etc. Like this comment if you think old games are more entertaining than new games.

some people call Doom the father of halo, and (true fact) wolfenstein is the father of doom, so technically wolfenstein is the true FPS grandfather, hell wolfenstein 2009 is the first one to look realistic, so that might mean that halo 7 might come out on 2018, and it might look so realistic it's right in your room.

Is anyone else having trouble with the light? Sometimes I can see far but other times I can barely see in front of my face in the same rooms.

first time i've played a DOOM game. i kinda like it. but in the toxin facility at one point all the lights go out and i can't see anything. is this intentional or not? it's really irritating.

dont use the map, the map stays on permanently.... ths never happened in the Original, hence I quesion this version's authenticity!!

me at first try: "first things first" *insert all cheat codes*, "maybe i should know how to move this guy? *search the controls* "no mouse? lolwut?" *randomly press all numbers from 9 to 1 and stops to 1* "yeah i like it!" *start running randomly holding down the spacebar without caring of anything* :D total noob fail.

The lighs are suppost to go out in couple levels. It was most likely scary as hell back when this game was new but now it's just mostly annoying.

Don't know if the lack of music was intentionally taken out of the shareware version or if it couldn't be put on here for any possible legal terms (I don't know), but still this game held up pretty sodding well against time

No, they're not Nazis, silly. They're undead fallen soldiers. Nazis were in Doom's predecessor, Wolfenstein 3D. The last boss? Hitler.
