As a mechanic and a story I really liked it, but the platform engine underlying the mechanic was frustrating. there's too much push from walls and ceilings that they affect jumping, and there's a little too much delay in movements. Overall, I like the game, but I'd love it more with a more elegant platforming engine.

Might just be my computer, but this game was too laggy for me to even really start. Tis a shame. This game looks very promising.

the part where you can change "i" to "you", i really liked that ending. pretty good. i hope that means ther'll be a sequal. ps, sorry for the double post.

pretty cool. i love picking my own path :) needs a longer sequal or something, though. this thing has plenty of potential.

Story: 9/10: Loved the story, its very beautiful and emotional
Music: 7/10: Music gives me an awesome emotion.
Gameplay: 6/10: Only thing I did not like is when you jump near a wall, you will slowly slide on it causing the timing on the red shooting ballsacks to touch you

I like how the gameplay kind of represents the reality warping shenanigans willian has to go though to change things. A masterpiece, congrats!

On the level where you are attempting to tell the evil queen that you will NOT stay here, the games lags too much for most people to complete it.

Beautiful background images, music, beautifully written and a bit chilling and scary for me, like any good fairy tale. Love the whole thing, love to see more like this. Thank you and best of luck with future games!

good idea for a game but badly made as the control of the character is terrible as it takes forever for it to jump or move or even to fall off the edge of blocks

doesn't let me jump twice in quick succession. please fix this as it makes me die when im talking to the dryad near the start and makes the level much harder due to timings

Amazing game with an amazing idea. I hope to see more pretty atmospheric follow your own adventure games!
However the blob's movements were really annoying. It falls and jumps really really slowly. Changing and moving in opposite directions takes forever too. Also, when at the edge of a platform, it would "walk" to the very very end of it until he's floating. Because I'm used to platform games actually letting me fall after I leave a platform, it made timing really hard.
But I still really like the game design/idea.

I think that the story might be interesting, but the platforming is just obnoxious. The fact that "red" kills you well... kills the experience, it's supposed to be a fanciful thing, but I find myself cursing. You don't put death in a whimsical game dude.

Could be interesting but the constant input lag and slow overall response time ruin the experience for me personally. Might try it again at a later date to see if there's a difference.

I see you lack originality cannon9008 aka the guy below me, or the guy who was below me, not sure what's going to happen after I post this comment.

Wonderfully creative game, Mimicwing! Thank you for taking the time and effort you put into it. (: Unfortunately I cannot finnish it with my bummed up keyboard. v.v;

You should make checkpoints. i was getting very frustrated dying over and over and having to start from the beginning of the course.

i've dodged lava balls to get deeper into a dungeon to bring gold to my king; to save a princess; for death and glory; to discover my past; for many reasons. but never before to read a conclusion to a completely unrelated story.

I really like the general concept of the game, and the music/art style adds a certain feeling that I also enjoy. However, some aspects of the actual game-play are a bit frustrating at times. For example, not being able to avoid the red orbs at certain points, you could make it so that William can duck down and dodge, perhaps? After all, there are only so many times a person can go through the same level without getting mildly irritated. Though as a whole, I certainly think it's an enjoyable game. c:
