Under rating threshold (show) The first time, that gate closed on me. I was busy reading the texts that appeared. The game ended there and I was confused. The second try I did everytinhg the same. Untill I was halfway there; It hit me. You had to let go of her. I got chills, and I literally almost cried. Wow, man.. wow. I'm very close to playing it a second time to re-live it all... This is veeeeeery impressive.

Under rating threshold (show) The story was indeed powerful and I felt like it could have bought me to tears. But I found the controls really annoying, with the camera costantly moving and making me fall from the platforms. Bu then, maybe it was just my mouse that was unsteady. I'd have preferred the camera to be controlled by the keyboard. Other than that, I feel like the story was really awesome, deep and meaningful, with the holding hands, the letting go, and the sadness that filled the game - especially in the end. I could picture the two characters and feel their pain. The music was beautiful too. I will play it again in some time, maybe while I will be in a better mood.

Under rating threshold (show) So much to say about this, I can't say it all... so beautiful. It doesn't "hold your hand" like a lot of games today. I had a hard time letting go in the end. I definitely want to play this with my surround sound another day when it's not so late at night.

Under rating threshold (show) Whao, a really nice game that lets the player relfect upon one's feelings through out and after the game. I love how you represented the jounery of the relationship through the change of the blocks. Initially it was flat then it became inclined and finally smaller. I was also quite surprised at the escaping part that was well shown as you leave her and run towards a closing gate. Music was very nice and something that most games here on kong doesn't have. Overall, 5/5 from me. Nice game.

Under rating threshold (show) Hi Mindfulxp. I'm a deaf gamer. Looks like a lovely game, I love the playing with light and darkness, but the screen went blank after the first platform section. Reading the comments, I see you're supposed to walk towards a sound. Obviously that's impossible for me, being deaf and all that. I wandered around for a bit hoping to stumble on the next trigger, but nothing. Is it possible to incorporate some sort of visual cue? Even a softly glowing light in the corner of the screen? Would also help other hard-of-hearing people or people without surround sound.

Under rating threshold (show) This is what i think about the story line: You like HER, but all you can just do is...be together. You liked it like this, and thought, if she felt the same way he felt to her. Soon, you start to think about how you can be better alone. Even if you were far from her, you would be just fine. After the first platform jumps in the game, you learn that she was going to leave. For all of this time, you never made a move, never in months. You start running after her, even if she was far,far ahead. At the end, you meet her there. At the gate,you stay together awhile for a short time,but, knowing that she will be happier without him,you let go. She came back soon, and when you came up to see her, she was holding hands...not with you...but another person.

Under rating threshold (show) Well, I'm sad now. :( Truly incredible game. I loved how in order to read the things you were telling yourself when you were running before she left, you had to look slightly away from the direction you were headed. Looking around all frantically at the jumbled thoughts going through your head in order to read them gave the scene a sense of disarray and confusion. Wonderfully done. Bravo.

Under rating threshold (show) I got to the first part that required jumping, found it very frustrating, gave up. I sent it to a friend, they stopped at the same point. If I could give one piece of advice for a revision; make the platforming section more streamlined or more obvious at least to start with. I literally couldn't figure out which one I should jump on next/how to proceed. I was playing for maybe 3 minutes at that point, not very invested yet; so it was easy to get annoyed. I know you aren't trying to make a 'fun' game but I've been gaming all my life and couldn't find the next platform. I hate to say something like 'i couldn't figure it out so it sucks,' but I feel as though if I found it unclear, someone who is balls deep in the language of video games, then a fair percentage will also find it unclear. You want players to get your message, hold their hand for a bit for a bit, just as you held hers. I don't think a bit of streamlining will undermine your message, but then again I haven't beaten it.

Under rating threshold (show) Wow, at first I didn't get it, I played it one before, but also got stuck. Seriously this game even for a 15 minute "flash" game, it has made me feel emotions long gone, almost as if I were having emotions from a child-hood memory, but as I am an adult, it was a great feeling. I absolutely loved this game. Definitely going to play again with headphones.

I had a few tabs open on Firefox and was multitasking... until this pulled my attention in 100%. Awesome game, I love these simplistic, atmospheric, philosophical "games"... if you can even call them games, that is

Under rating threshold (show) Simply astonishing...very deep and amazing game...thanks for sharing...it was very touching...and actually affected how i was feeling. Not many games can do that now. I didn't wanna let go, and well makes me think of my relationship i'm glad i didn't let go of my girlfriend.. me and her are planning on getting married...and well this just made me reflect on how it could have been had i let go....really amazing, thanks again.
