I don't really like this... I get that they were trying to be clever with the fact that they lied to you about how to play the game but it's not really hard to figure that out. Then it's just a mediocre plat former.

Second ending is fun... glad I figured it out myself... you can try all you want by 'continuing' after you finish the first way (starting again at the final level).... you'll figure it out.

This is pretty meh. While I understand that the point of the game is that the guide lies to you the shear frequency and lack of subtlety make it more annoying than clever. I found my self ignoring the voice after the first screen, and with out that this is merely a rather poor platformer.

Oh boy, another artsy game. Well, screw everyone who says it's stupid because it's not a normal game. It was fun to play. It was fun to watch. And it was fun to listen to. I like old pixelated style graphics. And of course, the fact that the spikes were collectibles and the gems were traps kind of made me smile. This game deserves a 5 out of 5, and even if it never gets badges, I enjoyed playing the game.
Also, to pereirak. Lose the ego. The internet isn't about you and everyone making you happy. People can rate whatever the hell they feel like rating.

WAHOOOOOO i finaly figured out the second ending the getting to the final stage wasnt hard but the whole using the dart to slow your fall ugh that took forever.

This game gives me the feel of deja vu from the recent similar games that has speakers that lie, confuse, thought-provoke, etc.... feels cliche. I mean, I remember at least 4 games but I don't remember all the names of them.
But I like the idea of the gameplay itself.

Don't want to sound like a dick or anything, just a simple trivia. (: In any case, thank you all for the great feedback! (:

Felipesd: This game was made 5 months before Loved. The flash port took a month to develop and sponsoring process took additional two months so that's why you see this game on here after Loved.

where my companion cube? ilove this, even it it its just. like. portal. by the way rate this down if you hate it, rather than telling you to rate it up if you like it.

oh boy another "I'm the voice that "lied" or tricked you so do the opposite of what I say while banging your head on the keyboard thanks to crappy controls" game. Oh and its artsy too, the same way photocopying the Mona Lisa and drawing a mustache on it is artsy. Except, not as amusing. 1/5 to help prevent badges so that I don't EVER have to replay this garbage.

My issue isn't that the "voice" lies to me, but that it becomes immediately apparent to ignore it. Unfortunately, the "voice" is the main hook of the game. Once you begin ignoring the hook, this game becomes tedious.

OH GOD TEH GAEM IS LYING TO ME WAT OMG 0/5
teehee. Also, hey indie platformer with snarky text in the background! It's been at least 5 minutes since the last time someone made a game about you!

And, just like the arrow keys rotate the squares in the background, they move clockwise when you walk to the right and counter-clockwise when you walk to the left

In the cage level, if you jump left into the cage, you go a bit through the wall... I'm not sure why though, can anyone figure out if it has a purpose?

what should of happened is that there were two guys talking to you that both alike, one person lies, while the other one says the truth.

SPOILER!: J for jump you idiots, read the hints and use logic. The last level, wait for the ray of light to disappear and keep going. the last last level, use only one bullet and then jump towards the twin and shoot him thus knocking him out of sequence with your character.

Absolutely brilliant and unique game. Rather entertaining, just the right length, difficulty, and aesthetic to make it pleasing for all; in the retro sort of way. Nice work and hope to see more of it.

There are alot of lets say "art" games coming to Kongregate. This is one of the best I would say. This has some challenges and a nice concept. 4/5

For a game about deception, it's rather easy to figure out what you're supposed to do (FFS, there are only 6 buttons to figure out, 4 of which are commonly used for movement in other games), and when you're being tricked. The levels were nothing special either. They weren't challenging, oftentimes taking nothing more than simple trial and error to figure out. Having only two types of enemies that are ridiculously easy to bypass also contributed to this problem. Lack of level variety was another noticeable one, the game seems only to have three types: collecting spikes/wall-jump, avoiding enemies, and continuously jumping off platforms; as a result, it became boring after the first 5 levels or so - 1/5

This game would be much improved by using a different key for jump!
To me it's in a really counter-intuitive place on the keyboard...

Am i the only one that had control issues? But besides that, this is a widely used game type with a few very interesting/unique twists. 4/5.
