Broken

Description

Broken is a strategy game about love and survival. Defend the heart against enemies by placing mines and building walls.

How to Play

Broken is played with the W/A/S/D keys, directional arrows, or mouse (hold the left mouse button) for movement.

Use space bar to place mines; a tap of the button will lay a quick mine, but holding down the button will create a radius around the player over time. If any existing mines are within this radius when the mine is placed, walls will be formed. These walls can be used to form long-term defenses against any enemy. Walls can take up to roughly three hits from blue enemies.

Pickup heart pieces to regain energy (contextually displayed numerically in the top, right, bottom, and left parts of the screen).

The goal of the game is to defend the center heart for as long as possible; every time the heart takes damage, its health percentage will display in the middle. When this reaches zero, the game is over.
