364% counter on an 18x combo. Defence at 50%. Shark attacked for 30 and I hit back for 218. Scored just over 3000 for the match. Felt good.

The final boss was simple, for ME. I got really lucky with the counter-attack being 155% and my defence being 90%. Also, I kept getting rage blocks so I used my raw madness to destroy him.

i had 4 life left after he hit me and he had a bunch of combo stuff left, but i won from a counter attack, yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, hes a hard boss, being lucky is like 90 percent of it

I killed the final boss with a counter! Pretty fun game. Doesn't outstay its welcome either. Liked the visuals too! 4/5

I am officially pissed off now. Everytime I verse the boss and get a row of something, guess what pops out......... either a bloody spec. attack, fist (grey) or rage to pown me.

4 times in a row now... boss changes to 2nd form and gets a 8x combo with an additional turn, to one shot me. This is pretty ridiculous.

Hard was not so hard. I found the boss' floating tentacle over the game field simply hateful...and more badges, please!

Lol at the luck aspect, 1st time round with ryu I owned the octopus in about 5 moves, 2nd time round with pixel it took about 30

how to beat the boss: just make sure no attacks are available for him! use everything you see, and if you can''t use defeence, so he wastes one attack and you can use up the remaining one next round.

First played this game on Mochi. Laaaaaarrrve it! I don't think there's any real strategy to beating that last boss; it's all luck o' the cubes, really. What helped, for me, was training them up until all stat's were maxed out and then moving on to the second to last boss (Goo one), and spamming it for a while (2-3 rounds won). Cute animations, fluid transitions - even with multiple items being triggered simultaneously - clever use of the statistical aspect, and a great spin on this traditional puzzle game. Keep doling out the goods, fellas. Faved, fived and frequented :)

Oooh lets make a game where you get your character all maxed out and it still only a matter of luck if you win the game.. yea, because we all like to sit here and piss away our time because someone would rather make a game Luck based VS skill based.. if i wanted luck based, i would go Gamble.. Tools.

Anyone else old enuff to remember the 2nd reality demo from the 486 days? Thats what this music reminds me of (and all of the demo scene music in general) Awesome.

Great game, and hard! The best advice I can give you is, at the beginning of the round and after the gems get mixed up, always look for an opportunity to match four or more gems, as this tends to be when they line up like this. If you can chain these together, you can take several turns without the enemy taking a turn at all. Also, on the final boss get your shield maxed out, and get the defense gems whenever you can. Once your shield is maxed and you match up three or more defense gems, your enemies attacks won't hurt you for one round. Get a defense attack/counterattack combo, and it works even better.

i Call BS ON THE LAST BOSS i had like 5 combo chain going and as soon as the beginning of the combo hits he loses his first health bar and jus erased my combo and started his turn -.- BS.

I dunno I beat the squid in two tries. it's pretty easy if u try to get as many counters as possible, preferabley in combination with shields, or make sure he doesn't get any attack. But after all this game has a luck factor for both parties.

okay so i beat the boss (first part thinking this is easy as crap) and he goes into some berserk super ultimate stage and gets 2 rages and 5 specials while i had 90def and 93 counter attack he die horribly
