so actually i discovered that there is a miragine war on mobile. The graphics are updated and there are a lot of new units, thing is to get said units you have to unlock them by playing the game or paying crystals xd. Looks fun though, since units have active skills and passive skills and have a thing where they are extra effective against some units.

how 2 beat abyss:
1. first wave: spawn samurai
2. second wave: spawn sword man
3. third wave: spawn ninja
4. alternate sword and ninja until income reaches 2400
5. once income is at 2400 spawn immortal instead of sword man
6. you should win at around 5000 income

here's a spoiler on beating abyss: use newbie first. then use samurai. after that, ignore the enemies that get through your defense. the enemy will always think you're going to spawn the unit type you spawned last time. try to keep the enemy from spawning a heavy sword man. use dread lord and high lords as an attack method, and use immortals or vampires for defense against heavy units (late game talk), and ninja if the enemy spawns monk. try to get the enemy to lose more money than you, and you may win. good luck, dark mark! best income units: tier 1(highest): newbie/samurai. tier 2: 45 cost units. tier 3: 40 cost units. tier 4: 35 cost units. tier 5: 30 cost units. all bottom row units give a bad income per money unit used.

I honestly have no idea how to beat Abyss. You basically have to predict 0 bad matchups when you hit 1500 gold/turn, and I don't think that is even enough. Maybe I should calculate the best income generating units or something? Somehow accumulate a ranged mass in the midgame by utilizing the crystal? Gets too metagamey for me.

I use to play this as a kid. Nostalgic the times I played it. Simple and easy this game is. Counter the enemy teams soldiers. Great game! I would love to play the second one if it ever comes out. Until then I will be playing on Xbox and reading Overlord.

The ai in this is kinda annoying. once the game get's to a certain point they just spam highlords and monks non-stop and it's really hard to deal with.

When you chain units together so well that you have 3 different units out at once. :D I have my cavs in front of novices being supported by ninjas !

How to win at economics. Find a counter to what you think is going to be sent next that is to the left of the soldier you think is going to be sent. Example.................. I have heavy swords out so I would like to think my opponent is going to send swords. I send veterans next.

Sometimes the AI is really dumb, even on hard and Abyss. Like why send swords to attack my veterans or send mages to fight my vampires?

It seems random upon who the ai choose to throw at you sometimes it will be stupid that you have ninjas and it throws out heavy sword trainers..

Wow the ai is op as f the ai sends out a squad of maybe 50 or 70 novices that then change the tide of battle because none of my attacks phase the novices..I must say theses ai computer bots are op as f because they are scripted into the game so they know how to counter all the attacks.

Everyone that reads this, The succesor to this game is now on phone apps. It is pretty amazing and everyone should try it out.
