to complete the hard badge hold your flip while your boost is pointing upwards. This gives you the extra lift that you will need to bring your score above 1800

This game has been badge of the day at least 3 times now. maybe more. its a ridiculous game. it takes for ever and is more frustrating then fun or challenging. Who is paying off kong? This guy/designer.

@Kingoslavios You realize that this game is 3 years old. It is not a brand new game. There are other versions of it out already. Yes it seems kinda dull now, but 3 years ago when I played it, I loved it.

5000000 + plays for this? 4.06 Av. rating? Seriously? There are tons of games out there with incredible details, that asked time and effort from their designers that dont have half of this unfinished game's plays or av. rating... It is all based on luck and i got the 3 badges so i know what i'm saying.. TERRIBLE DESIGN ! It's ugly! The guy only has 1 "being dead" pause, even if you crash on your back, and if you crash before the turbo boost ends, you can hear it until it finishes... For a game that has nearly no details at all, that's pretty much. There is nothing right about this game, really.

it does not matter if you die while getting the 1800 pts one cause i keep on dieing at like 1600 or somethin just higher and it adds on. just wanted to say that so you can make a groupie sandwich if your bored enough with this one

I am pretty sure this is the first in the series cause I have played these before. Ok game for the first one only real problem is when do you push the arrows to early to late, when the arrow pops up it seems almost random. Also getting the hard badge is irritating since you have to click jump at the right time to go straight up. Keep up the good work.

Decent game, but I think you should be able to upgrade DIRECTLY to an upgrade instead of buying also its predecessors!

To get the hard badge all you have to do is fully upgrade your wheels and rocket and buy the handstand trick. No groupies. When you get off the ramp, aim directly at the sky. The rocket will propel you up. Also, keep spamming the handstand, dont hold it. When the rocket runs out, do a backflip, and once again, keep spamming the handstand doing so. You should eventually hit 1800+. Then just land it. Hope this helps.

Attention, all yoctograms! Shopping Cart Hero came out before Learn to Fly. L2PublishingDateCheck. Doesn't excuse the game from being terribad but still, don't be a retard by comparing it to Learn To Fly.

That's $9,300 thrown out of the window just for the sake of the badge (I've been had, naively thinking I could directly buy the $6,000 upgrade, but no, oh no), which was, by the way, probably the most painful easy badge so far, because the game is so terrible in all respects (graphics, music hello?, err, sounds?, err, noises and gameplay). One of my first very bad, truly boring moments on Kong, I don't thank you at all.

This seems like a pretty weak launch game. Only two real upgrades (groupies don't count since they actively harm your momentum), and one of those doesn't even show up when you change it. No gliders, ways to bounce higher, anything? And most of these give you some story, some goal. It's not WHY people play the game, but it makes it more fun. Everyone loves the Learn to Fly penguin, right?
It's okay, but again just seems like it needs more.

with controls so basic, the physics should not be this confusing to understand. 100 jumps and I still don't understand how to control my "jump". Only reason i gave it two stars is because of how hard I laughed when I first spilled 3 groupies. At least an explaination of the bars on the bottom would be a good start. In the end, just a "Learn to Fly" rip off.

groupie: Are you sure that is not dangerous?
Cart boy: Of course, we just launched with this shopping cart and take off without any protection, so do not worry.
Groupie: Mmmm... ok, let's go

Finally got the hard badge with a 2000 point jump. I did it by doing 2 very fast handstands while I pointed the cart so that the rocket is facing upward, followed by a handstand that I held while I completed a backflip. If you don't get to the stars for height, you're not going to make the badge, just crash intentionally and you save a ton of time. You also need a good run and a jump that starts the cart facing at 45 degrees or more. If it's a relatively horizontal launch there's no real point in trying to fix the direction, just wipe it. For tricks it's all about the time in the air, which means height.

For the hard badge: after take off, go handstand as short as possible, then handstand again, but hold it, steering the shopping cart as high as possible. When at top of jump, start doing back flip (you're still in handstand). Release handstand just before landing.
Should give you an easy 1800 points.
