At level 20. Noticed that enemies spawn in same-colored waves. Destroyed all waves up to the snipers with relative ease... and then the rainbow madness started... O.o

I'm starting to get annoyed by these games where mysteriously get stuck moving in 1 direction. And I know it's not my arrow keys because it happens with ASWD too...

Needs a 'if you quit out and don't die, you STILL have to start at lvl 1. or at least an auto save every 5th level....

Snipers can be moved around faster than they can aim. This is a roguelike, which means the point is losing means starting over. I wish one of the levels was called Don't right click, heh.

I seem to be getting voted down, while people are saying the hard badge is totes easy, bro. None of my friends have it, but okay. Do you think I didn't read any comments before lobbing forth my own loquacious commentary? Yeah, I know you "can" get the hard badge on level 20, just like you "can" win the lottery. Good for you. It's still easier and more reliable to get the hard badge when there aren't loads of enemies and missiles on screen. I initially followed the advice to hug the walls, and while it's a good strategy for staying alive, it doesn't guarantee zero damage, and in that it didn't really help me get the hard badge. If an enemy sends a missile directly into your face, you might get caught between the wall and a carpet of missiles. I eventually got the hard badge the way I suggested. Either way, you're reliant on random enemy patterns, and that means luck. I thought that was a bad thing, but I guess I'm alone in that opinion. As usual. 6/5 needs weekly challenge.

I died on lvl 20 when on the 2nd wave of pinks blew up. I love the game, but i'm not going to grind up to lvl 20 again just for the badge. Really that's the worst part of this game.

Game where having a crappy computer actually comes in handy. Those last few levels were so easy because my game slowed down SOOOO much, I saw every bullet and had plenty of time to react.

Easy game, when you get to the higher missions you just run around the outside of the square, the only bullets that can hit you then are the squares and circles when they blow up and projectiles come right at your face instead of trailing behind.

I just drift in a bunch of circles creating a big ball of freakin destruction then I just fly threw everything.(Try it,it really works and make sure to be in the middle of the screen)

If you travel along the boarders from corner to corner without ever stopping, you basically never get hit since the boarders can kill bullets. I got multiple 50+ combos on L19 and L20 without even trying for a combo

Very enjoyable game. although - somewhat stupidly - I didn't realise for a long time to refill your health you actually had to click the icon. I thought it was a level bonus that I just wasn't getting for some reason.
The hard badge is definitely a medium badge though. Happened almost automatically for me as I completed the game.

Nope. You don't get to demand 100 chance events in a row. Many enemies fire many missiles that herd the player down randomly manifested paths that may or may not lead to a dead end. This conflicts with the game mechanic where the only way to destroy an enemy is to guide missiles into it. As a result, the player is frequently presented with situations where a focus on dodging precludes the destruction of enemies. No amount of skill will see you win a game that doesn't let you, and I hold special disdain for those games that try to make the player feel at fault for forces outside of their control. To add insult to injury, level 20 is suddenly far more difficult than all previous ones, and if the player dies they must play all the way through to try again. Dodge is a potentially good game undermined by senseless cruelty. Badge hunters take note: restart if you get hit within the first 8 levels; the hard badge only gets harder after that. 2/5.

If you get really lucky, you can get the hard badge by just going around and around on the outside of the screen during the last level.

I wish it was specified that 'restart' meant restart the game not the level... I was doing really good but then spaced on level 9 that the bombs also released the green things and so decided to restart the level and it restarted the game... and it doesn't even have a message pop up asking if you are sure you want to. So careful not to accidentally hit 'R' while playing since it will send you back to the beginning.

couple helpful hits: 1) you can fly threw the ships 2) health is a full heal dont waste it 3) bullets hitting the edges go away and most arc

Very nice game. When you are in the zone it is like bring it you cant touch me evil laugh. Also some people were complaining about snipers no they are your best friends who will quickly eliminate most of your competitors. The worse one is the diamonds since they don't die like the circle mines, which you don't realize till you end up with like 1 left, taking them out with there own bullets can be tricky. But all the mines help a lot since they will wipe out large amounts at once if you position yourself well. keep up the great work.
