Maybe it's me, but on some levels i have to guess, instead of being able to deduce the correct square; that should not be the case in a puzzle game like this, imo.

Great game, though the last 2 or 3 of the master set were far easier than some of the earlier puzzles. They were just big, not difficult.

Needs an undo button. Sometimes I click on the wrong square and follow through with the logic. Then I have to figure out where I screwed up and erase the whole area. Be better if I could just back up my progress to see what went wrong.

you can buy these from the supermarket. I prefer paper. No need to hold down a control key when you want to move your hand across the page.

I reckon this needs a possible mark that you can to make sure something will work before you screw up the puzzle nigh irreversibly. Like a ? as well as an X.

Lovely puzzle logic game! Favourite! Nice background, cool atmosphere and scenery, interesting story and soothing music. 5/5. Agree with previous comments that the crosses need to be darker or contrasted somehow. The "garden gate" puzzle was crazy. I thought I broke the clock, when it got to 56 min it started counting really really slowly. But apparently it changed from the second hand to the minute hand. Took an hour to complete it! Master puzzle 50x50 is SUPER easy like a large cherry on a sweet cake!

@rychurych Never do anything unless you're 100% sure! In multi-coloured puzzles, the cross is linked to the last colour you painted. So, for example, if you paint some black and then put a cross somewhere, that means, "I know this square isn't black." If you then start painting in red, that cross will disappear and only come back when you select black again.

Needs colorblind mode. Impossible to tell the difference between red-brown (deactivated) and yellow-brown (activated). Cool game though, I'll give it a 5/5 if you make it color-blind-accessible.

Open two browsers: 1 logged in, 1 not. In the not-logged-in browser, constantly reload the page and hint. In the other, solve the puzzle. Easy.

The only trouble is, if you make a mistake at the beginning, you've already begun to take the horrible road to frustration.

If you're really stuck, I guess you could use your hint, take a screenshot, start over, use another hint, and repeat. Of course, that's cheating and you're lame for doing it, but just in case one level has you ripping your hair out...

Just noticed that user-added crosses are actually specific to the previously selected color. Not immediately obvious, but immediately useful. Nice.

Small glitch: user-added crosses are supposed to forbid any color but they are removed from the grid when colors 2 and above are selected.

Too easy to make a careless oversight. Should feature infinite undo so you can go backwards and find your error. See simon tatham's puzzle collection for this idea done right.

Very nice game, but somewhat inconvenient interface.
Most of all it lacks "undo" function.
Also switching between moving and editing modes is confusing: I often do unintended changes forgotten that I'm not in move mode. It would be nicier if moving mode is non-fixing, like: if you're pressing "control" key on KB, you're moving, if you've released "Control" key - you're editing
So my score is 4 just because it's interface is not as clear and intuitive as I've expected.

Very decent game. It suffers from some minor flaws, though. Especially the last level could have been more challenging. I have in mind some kind of master level, 50x50 with all colors!
The distraction-from-work factor is nonetheless very high! ;)

Love it, though it would be nice to see a different difficulty level where more deduction is required such as in the similar game 'PrismaPix' by Kris Pixton

They should give you an option to correct your mistakes like in the last game. Or at least make give you the ability to make guesses in a different shade, because the harder levels are impossible without doing a lot of guess work.

I've never posted a comment in Kongregate before, but I got so emotionally involved with this game that I HAD TO lmao this game is great and it made my sunday :)

It's very nice game. I have only two complaints: It freezes in Master levels and I have to restart it. That's frustrating. And the music can't be switched off. I did it in Options but it doesn't work. Other than that, really great 5/5 :]
