There is just too much in common here with auditorium. The music isn't too great and The graphics just aren't very good either. I think you could have done better.

the original is faaaaar better: http://www.playauditorium.com/, the developers of the original game won many awards with their new music interacting game

@slayzer have you ever even made a game? no so shut up its not a rip of its a type of game like sports stratigy multiplayer theres 1000s of action games and there the same to go whine on another website but in my opinion i don't like the game

Its a ripoff of a much better game. And you whined about how other games ripoff things, which is entirely beside the point. You didn't even have the creativity to make anything remotely new! Its not even a slightly subtle in its ripoff efforts, and in both graphics and music quality its substantially worse.

"inconsistent that, even when you have a winning formation, it might still take forever for you to actually win the level." That means you THINK that you have a winning formation, but it's not

"i didn't know waterfalls could fall at an angle. upsidedown." (Sorry for my english, I hope, you'll understand me). Any waterfall is a group of particles (molecules) that will move in any direction if you'll give them a speed. And if these particles is near a huge object, like Earth, they will also attract to it. And if you are the observer, that stay at the Earth and look to the waterfall, it falls upsidedown for you. But if you have created a box without any molecules (vacuum) and place this box somewhere faraway from any huge object, like Earth, and put a particle emitter (waterfall) into this box and will observe it's behavior, you will see, that the waterfall could fall at any direction. Therewith the direction will depend on how you will rotate the box and how you are rotated relative to the box.

For those critics, who said it's rip-off of auditroium: Where have you been where Blizzzard made rip-off of "Dune" in 1994 replacing tanks with orks and spice with forest? Don't you want to go to any tower defence page (i.e. Cursed treasure) and say: "Other TD rip-off"?

not only is it pretty much a recreation of a pre-existing game, it's a poor recreation. I mean the flow of the particles is so inconsistent that, even when you have a winning formation, it might still take forever for you to actually win the level.

Yes, it's obviously more than just inspired by Auditorium, and it would have been nothing more than fair if the developer had mentioned where he got his concept from. Apart from that: it's a lot easier to handle, and I'm glad that I can play it here, so I won't complain too much.

oh yes, i remember playing the good version of this by another dev ages ago, what was it called again with decent framerate and particle count?

excellent game! would prefer it to be longer though P.S not sure if it is me but the puzzles are kinda easy except for the last one

If people like this game, I highly recommend the game "Auditorium." Only the demo for Auditorium is free, but the demo alone has more levels than Waterfalls 2, and it's much more polished than Waterfalls.
I don't see any "Waterfalls 1" on Kongregate, but if moonmana is iterating on the game design and gameplay, I hope Waterfall 3 gets closer to Auditorium quality.

The gameplay and music are both good, but a few flaws. For example the vocals sound terrible - it really draws attention to how compressed the music has to be for a flash game.
