Hey everyone! Thanks for checking out the first part of The Ocean Around Me. If people like the game, I will begin work on Week Two right away so that I can release it before Christmas. If you enjoy the game, please rate it up and let me know what you think!

I see all these questions about why he couldn't just let the coconuts fall to the ground and pick them up or why he needs 25 a day to stave off starvation... but I think the biggest question is how he manages to balance a bowl on his head while shaking a tree despite having no arms AND managing to move about 3 or 4 meters away from the tree to catch said coconuts (not to mention the fall, despite catching them in the bowl, would probably knock him out since it's on his head)... so the biggest question is most definitely, "Am I reading into this way too much?"

I came to this game because of the points badge for week 2 and I really seemed to like it. Keep up the good work. Hope week 3 is even better!

The tree grows infinite amounts of those coconuts. He should bring it back if he ever does and start a coconut business. :o

Forget about needing a bowl or my dietary needs. What is wrong with this island that objects do not fall at the same velocity? It violates the very laws of nature!

ok so he got a stomachache from 25 coconuts, makes sense... next logical thought, I better eat less than 25 so i don't get a stomach ache. (The next day) I think i'm gonna eat 30 coconuts today.---> =) ---> wait what
Same here! If anybody is still using Internet Explorer, please read this comment and switch to Chrome or Firefox immediately. There's actually a Kongregate App for Firefox with a brand new update that really enhances the site.

good job on the came i thought it was awesome cause a game is like any other game and this is one of my top fav thnks for the game \MOSHDEF
Hopefully someday! Week Two received a badge when it had a 4.10 after about 8,000 ratings, and badges are mostly awarded based on rating and amount of ratings. It's possible that this game could one day receive badges as well, but I think it will need a higher rating! Either way, thanks for the great compliment!

Came here after playing week two (i'll admit it was for the achivment bonus points). The story totally caught me. I'll patiently wait for week three. hope you'll have the time to do it :). Keep up with the good work!

Dude Moshdef you are a genius! Good work bro! I like week one and I have tried out week two,also. Both are great and I can't wait for week three :D

The story is interesting, I'd like to see how it will continue... but before making "week two" or what it will be, you should check something about the game. Playing a game with a quite good story, but no music or sounds (except at the start and in the end) is a little annying, it reminds me of the old '90 games lol. Also, you should ask someone to help you improve the graphics, don't take it bad but it's childish. Can't give more than 3/5 atm, hope you'll make somethings better (and longer) for the next parts that I'll sure be playing.
