there is an option, it is called putting all 3 of your lvl up skill points into stam. not the best option if you want to pvp since you need other skills to win, but still an option. in order to do that sort of 'its your own choice' thing would take way more changes to the coding of the game (and time to write the new code) not to mention so drastically change the game play that it would be better (maybe not easier, but better) to make a new game with that ability

you get more energy than stamina when leveling because the energy/stamina system works with about 10 energy=1 stamina.
it's about the preportions.

@pure pvp i can tell by your name that you like to pvp but dude, seriously? You are going to talk about stamina and how it doesnt get enough points when the rest of us are talking about energy. But i guess you are right. We should be able to spend more points freely or be able to have more in stamina... i guess.

@DH69: If it's taking you 30 minutes to spend 227 Stamina, then you've got really bad Internet lag. I can do 10 battles in 10-30 seconds, depending on where I play this game.

@ Shinobi1991 Fine, a lot of players have to much gold and nothing to spend it on. Besides, somthing like a casino would be fun ^.^

@MattsOnFire: What do you mean "we've all got too much gold"? I'm still working my ass off to get through Book 3, and don't have enough gold to buy anything right now.

Can we get some sort of mini game or somthing, perhaps not for exp but somthing that costs gold and has some sort of payback, because quite frakly we've all got too much gold and nothing to spend it on, as well as not much time spent playing tis game so it would be nice to have somthing else to do while energy and stamina is charging that is CoH related :)

alright here's an idea; you regen energy/stamina as a percentage of your full energy/stamina, so that after 24 hours you will have full energy/stamina.

for all those people that complain aboutm how the game is cheating or is completly unfair it is just because of your lvl or skill or not beng strong enough in the game so dont complaine. i have alot of problems with this game sometimes and its not the game and i know there are people out there that blame the game for there losses sometimes

@trevorwalcer Thats exactly it. You may not like the music he puts in and you may like it. Either way, some games have gotten down rated for having crappy music. The creator didnt want to try to find a good song that everyone would like, so instead he put none. Thats basically how it works for alot of games with no sound: they didnt want to risk it my friend.

Now if people are still complaining about the energy system (im not saying i dont), then i have a decent suggestion. Every 24 hours, you automatically regenerate 100 energy. It may not be the best, but its out there now. Or maybe the regeneration time is speeded up to 1 minute if you are on the game...

The more u like it, the less time u will have playing it, thanks to the energy going down every time u attack........that also applies to a lot mmorpg.

peoples, if the dev were to replace the energy system with infinite energy, then whichever person with the most time on their hands will be the best in this game. it would destroy the whole fabric of the game. you cannot change one thing without damaging the whole system. in order for the energy system to go, the game would need to change completely.

Why can't game designers come up with a more efficient system than using real time to replenish game time. When I can only play a game for like 5 minutes every hour, it stops being a game and starts being a hassle.

As far as these MMO games like Mafia Wars and such, I really like this one. Very nice artwork, very nice introduction, and easy to follow tutorial all make me want to give this a Five star rating. However... I still dislike the fact that you have to wait for your energy to recharge before doing anything *or* pay some currency to quickly fill it (I'm glad the latter isn't completely true for this insance). I give it 4/5 for the amazing design and concept, keeping away from the perfect five because of the almost stereotypical clock-based-energy regeneration.

I have to agree with kamakazeman when he says that Mardek is one heck of a game but I do not agree when he says this game is crap. I enjoy playing this game, to put it simply.

i don't see the point in this game. you don't even see your battles. all you do is mindlessly click and click until one of you are dead. it's very boring. if you want a real turn-based game, play MARDEK RPG!!

This is a pretty cool game but I really dislike having to play a game for 15 minutes and then waiting 2 hours for my energy to recharge.

What's with the mandatory tutorial preventing me from accessing any other options? I want to explore the menus myself, I don't want to be railroaded into learning about one thing at a time at a snail's pace. Stopping me mid-fight so I can learn how to level up? No animation anywhere, no character changes with equipment, no audio? No real reason to play. Maybe the story is good, but I doubt it. The energy limit is also terrible. There's probably an option to pay for energy refills, but there's no way I'm paying anything for this game.

Okay I can't equip stuff from the detailed profile page either so this game has some pretty huge bugs. Can't even beat the next quest without having equipment. -_- 1/5

Hm, alright. It seems I had to refresh the page and totally ignore the quest and go to my "detailed profile page" that it wouldn't let me do until I equipped my nonexistent leather armour. Weird.

So I did the weekly challenge and when I logged on here it said I got the Saber of the Mountain Wolf, I go through the beginning quest and when it says to equip the leather armour. Neither the leather armour I saw me get nor the Saber of the Mountain Wolf are in my inventory. Great. >.>
