There seems to be a bug: when I solve the room with extra materials, I get silver, and I can't go back and use the rest and have it come out gold. Is this supposed to be like this?
Guessing this is a room that has a bonus level access route. I'm going to make this more clear in the patch, but if you click Scoring, you'll see that you need to be able to access the bonus room with your tool placement to score the gold star.
Yeah, there are some Platinum solutions possible. I'm actually coding in some achievements for them. Judging by the comments, the perception is that maybe that shouldn't be possible, but it definitely is. Overall, if I revised the maps so that the Gold solutions were all the extremely hard Platinum solutions, it felt way too hard, and ultimately, not fun. The Gold solutions are very challenging as is. Anyone solving all Gold should feel smart, proud, and maybe even a little smug.

Hataru, you need to use the bag you have left over to direct Questy to the bonus room. You have to enter the bonus room to get the gold rating; this holds true for all levels leading to bonus rooms.

It seems like in Blocks Blocking Bad Stuff the gold star won't activate if you have the goal. I have 3 bags left and 2 cages. When the goal says 2 bags and 2 cages.

I know I'll need this shield in a few seconds but as a seasoned adventurer I don't know how to hold both a sword and a shield at the same time. Guess I'll just drop this shield here.

It's a shame this game doesn't have a higher rating. I know that these types of puzzles aren't everyone's favorite thing, but I personally loved both installments of this series. Keep 'em coming!

Just got all gold stars. This game is one of the best puzzle games ive played on Kongregate. 5/5 Great job. As for gold stars, here are a list of levels where I had left over pieces:
Up The Mountain We Go: +1 One-Way Gate
Whelps Have Wings: +1 Loot Bag, +1 One-Way Gate (Dont need to trap whelp @ blue switch)
A Cave With Some Chaos: +2 Loot Bag
Uh Oh, No Loot Bags...: +1 One-Way Gate
A Little Help From My Friends: +1 Haunch of Meat
Someone Must Be Trap Happy: +1 Loot Bag
Deadly Loot: +1 Loot Bag
The Final Confrontation: +1 Loot Bag
I also found a bug on "The Last Line of Defense" where you can pass with a gold star without finishing onto a path. First time I used 3 bags for the shield instead of 2, with no bag leading to one of the exit paths. Also gives gold star if all is done properly, except without the bag leading to the exit path.
Well done! I am actually in the process of adding support for a Platinum achievement, and Platinum stars. It's in the ipad version already, but it didn't make the Flash launch. I'm really curious to see who can score the most Platinum levels. Once this update goes in today, you will need to go back to those levels and have Questy run them again to score the achievements.

Your game isn't color-blind friendly. I can't tell the difference between the colors of a lot of the weapons/enemies.

5/5. I just wish you would know about the requirements for the gold star. I know, this would make it easier but also less frustrating (alternatively you could add a really fast fast forward function - something like 16x or 32x)

This is the exact same background music as Picma Squared. I dunno if it's free music or what, but that concerns me a bit, as there is no attribution or source. Free music is supposed to be credited; but if it's not free, that means someone stole from someone else.

I for some reason thought about ring pass not the moment I heard the theme. I love the style of the graphics and the gameplay is intuitive but not overly difficult, very well made.

Found a bug - if you click on the scoring button as the screen changes, you can't clear the scoring window, and nothing is clickable.

Problem with gold requirements: on 'Pack Your Backtrack' I found that either a money bag or a one way gate would work in one instance, but using the bag got me silver, the gate got me gold. The total number of tools remaining was the same, so it should have worked either way. You should make it apparent what the gold requirement is, and maybe only count the total remaining, not each individually. Other then that, great game!
