I actually found the Psionic class to be the easiest one because the combination between Wall of Atoms and Mana Shield + Concentration greatly reduces the damage you take

I would highly suggest the the engineer on the first play through. He's the only one that has any kind of healing ability.

Christ....scratch that..not only do bosses have healing spells...most of the enemies do. This is a really great game..but that healing shit is so cheap...combine that with LOOSING xp just because you couldn't time your stun right to stop the healing...Ive never even heard of loosing xp...really annoying.

Interesting combat system..I like it. But cannot f.ucking stand bosses who heal themselves...especially over and over. The whole point of a boss is that they're difficult and you have to pull all the stops to beat them..so when they get to heal themselves as much as they want..that's the cheapest thing ever and it's a big pet peeve of mine. And here it's a lot worse since...you only have a small window to attack and your attacks take time to execute. So it's very difficult to time it so you interrupt his attack before his spell finishes. Besides that, good game.

Cool, I have the high score for most monsters killed this week! Anyway, I haven't read much in the way of strategy in the comments so let me post mine (I beat it with all three). If you start off the round correctly, it will be that much easier to beat it.
Engineer: Start off with the stun attack, then the flamethrower, then the bug (when you get it) and the regular attack. Be sure to remember to heal, and save on gas. For the Psionic: Use the stun attack, then the damage over time, then the regular attack. The Psionic is generally the hardest character to use, so you might want to wait before playing as him. Juggernaut: Start with Stagger, then the Taunt, then the uppercut, then Ground Jacks, then Syringe (do it all quickly). With that combo, you are guaranteed to hurt your opponent really badly before they know what hit 'em. A lot of the game is skill, but remember you will need some luck to have patience!

That was fun! I beat it on Normal as an Engineer. Krax was a bit disappointing, but at least a few of the previous fights were quite hard. I may replay it again in the future...5/5, a beautiful game!

I beat the game as engeneer at normal and I think any enemy can be defeated if you have good enough direct damage reducing/increasing items

The blood Zombie Anomaly got stuck in an infinite loop of reflection that cooled down fast enough so he would reflect forever. >_>
