Holy crap I made it! Day 271 and I own a car, luxury apartment with all the amenities, and a couple properties. I have cash on hand. But sadly, I have run out of time. Would be awesome if there were a save button so I could finish taking over.

I really hate that when you buy estates, the price of the estates stay low.
I am waiting for them to rise really high, sell em and earn lots of cash, but that never happens!

Tip 1 - don't buy appliances at "poor house alot of crime".. only luxury house "less crime" - tip 2 - don't buy Health food.. buy happiness food and just gain health by sleeping. - tip 3 - mall job cashier is easier to get then other ones and pays more for a starter. - tip 4 - get a job at school study - work same time.
