Well this sucks. I bought a microwave one day. The next day i got a message, someone stole your microwave, and your money, and you owe rent. I'm getting depressed from playing this game.

guys, about the chinese takeaway thing. It says very clearly in the beginning of the game "Chinese take-away is effective only when owning appliances from the shopping mall." so you need to buy a microwave, fridge and other cooking stuff for the Chinese takeaway to work. a microwave can make chinese food last 4 days while the fridge lasts 7 days. Thats all i know, i havent tried the other appliances

The Chinese take out for 1-4 weeks only lasts a day. I just blew a lot of my money on the food only to find out they only last a day... fix it please.

Living my life as an educated hobo with a brand new car. Somehow my box have electricity because i'm using a microwave. I'm working at the marine even though i graduated college. And for some reason a bird is stalking me. If you ask hows life treating me.....I wouldn't know how to explain it. O_O !!! ....... >_>....OH NO! THE BILL COLLECTORS ARE COMING TO MY BOX!!!

Haha. This was fun. My tips are:
1. when you start- forget being healthy. Stock up on those pancakes bru.
2. And always check the employment place for a raise if you're in a job and can't get a better one.
3. Checking the stock rates at the bank as well helps a bunch, especially if you work at the bank (If a place has a higher points, better pay, if not, lower pay). The lower the points (E.g. aviation -3 on the stock ratings) means the cheaper the stuff. You can get a decent price on the car, in aviation, decent prices on apartments and buildings under real estate.
4. Sometimes it's best to stick to your current position than get a higher position because sometimes the salary for a higher post is lower than yours!!
5. Last but not least, study like a maniac and get the "expensive suit" on the first go.
