@boxedlunch -- as i understand it, the achievements are something that the kongregate staff add themselves, and all i can do on my end is give them the information on things like, for example, how many times you've died, or your highest score, fastest time, etc., from which they can come up with some fair goals to try to reach. so hold on for a little bit -- they might be coming sooner than you think.

This game is actually part of the Action 52 Owns project. Action 52 was an NES release consisting of terrible, unplayable games, and a group of programmers set off to make the games better. This game is one of them. 5/5 for an awesome effort.

After i read V6 at the half of the game, this reminds me on VVVVVV and i knew the rest of the game will be a damn hard. 5/5 for such an awesome NES styled game. It´s hard to believe, that this is made in a jam. I don´t understand, why most authentic retro games like this game are so underrated on Kongregate. Games like these have a far better rating on Newgrounds.

I really liked the non browser version of this game, so when you made it browser and added on some bonus content, you can't imagine how happy i was. And not only is there a decent amount of bonus stuff, it's all pretty solid. Sadly, a lack of achievements will probably draw some people off, and although it dosn't lower my experience, i would have liked some. Good Job! :)

Love the look and overall feel of the game, but the checkpoints are far too infrequent for a 1-hit kill game without weapons.

Oh, by the way, I said that because I found that to be the funniest line in the game. I'm still giggling over it like a schoolgirl, in fact. Brilliance! 5/5 (for that one line)

I mainly got interested due to its likeness to the old NES title "Bionic Commando." I began playing it and I was impressed; great game you got here, mate. :3

Brilliant dialogue. Gets really hard well before the player has actually got used to the mechanics... but I guess that's fitting for a retro remake. I was surprised obstacles were not just a question of technical performance but often also didn't have an obvious way to complete it. Nice job.

Oh god, I played the Streeemerz mode, and being a big fan of VVVVVV, I just have to say that was hilarious. Horribly obscure but brilliant XD
