I know that the Hard badge is, indeed, possible but... damn i have no idea how to get it. Seriously, the Mono and Colour impossibles just don't work for me. It's like i start to figure it out... and then there's this one problem that makes me start all over again or make me start a new puzzle. It's frustrating and annoying.

Some tips for those after the Hard badge: Sources of the same color tend to not want to connect in any way to each other. An easy starting point for Color Impossible is to search out and try to connect all of the single-color points to a source. As always, if the loops go back around to its parent, it's most likely oriented the wrong way.

It starts off challenging, then becomes fairly easy once you get the hang of it. Then it introduces Wrapping and your brain pretty much explodes. Mark of a damn good puzzle game right there.

I see a whole bunch of comments saying how red and green don't make yellow or that blue and yellow make green. Apparently some of you have never heard of RGB? It's the standard additive color scheme. What you guys may be thinking about is RYB, a subtractive color scheme. That's totally different.

Adding to Rbinnetje's comment, I found that if I got stuck, just moving the grid around at all helped. Stops you from staring at the same thing while not actually thinking of ways to solve it.

Did you know that you can move the field with the arrow keys, while in wrap mode? that way, you can avoid the wrapping completly.

the colors mix, i thought how in hell should I finish the game when there's blue lamps and blue box, yellow lamps and yellow box, green lamps but no green box - yellow + blue = green, common knowledge :)

@TruffulaTree: there are situations where you can fully use a piece that was intended to be a "dummy" as well as other situations where you can avoid using piece that was not inteded to be "dummy". I think, that the game creates correct solutions with prescribed dummy pieces in it and then randomly rotates the pieces. But there may be more than one correct solution to the puzzle, and the other solutions may have different numbers of "dummies" (and sometimes also different number of "links")

Ah i see now that it has warp mechanics on the edges, i completely missed that since i didnt played campaign for more than few levels. My bad.

@nebojsa986 then you aren't using the paths correctly, at the right side of the picture you see a path ending into nothing, so you've made a mistake there. I never had any map which wasn't possible

http://i39.tinypic.com/2vv563t.png Here take a look at this, playing quickplay for 20min then getting to this kind of situation can be infuriating. 2/5 from me until these type of mistakes are fixed.

The only real gripe I have against this game is that the dummy pieces are sometimes only "half-dummies" in that only part of the piece gets unused in the finished puzzle. I feel this makes logic and elimination next to impossible and eventually you just have to trial and error the puzzle >.>

i love you, thank you sooo much, i can do this for hours and hours, well i actually already did, its great i've been looking for something like this, just keeping your mind occupied is amazing :D

I got down to about 5 lights at the end of the mono impossible.. before.. caving. >.<
Impossibles right.. any tips? >.<

Great game, I just hate the dummies, while they do add a lot of difficulty into the puzzle, the solution looks like a mess instead of a perfectly reconstructed board. 5/5 game, I love loops of zen and this really scratched that itch, thanks for making it!

would like to have an option to make the parts fixed. when you know that a piece has to be in a certain position, you dont have to rethink whether its correct or not.

*reaches level 20* OK, why is one of the sources cyan? There's no logical reason forAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMYBRAINMYPOORPOORBRAIN!

Congratulations! You just won the The Quick and the Shifted Badge and 30 points!
omg YES finally :D /satisfied.. the impossible mono-mode was really hard

oh gawd the hard badge is more of an impossible badge. just from seeing the grid on impossible turned me away. all these bright colors r making my eyes hurt.

Wow. What a great game. I almost didn't try for the hard badge because "Quick Play" sounds like a high-pressure timed mode.

The "impossible + impossible = hard" badge turned out to be an extremely satisfying exercise, after all. This is a very recommendable game. And I second the idea of "locking" squares that you know are right; even though the game is already winnable without it, it would increase playability quite a bit.
