i dont think that if i were in that situation i would die in the first situation because i have low energy so im not very goood at running. also im pretty sure fred wouldent be able to survive that either beccause in real \life it takes a lot longer for that stuff to happen. like hours longer. you dont have that long. but still, five stars :)

Enter: Agent AIDs, Fred's arch enemy! Can you do as no other has done before you and defeat this foe? Or will you be left like all the other's who opposed him? Only you can find the answer =_=. *6 months later* We who are gathered here today...

Neat, but kinda hard to meet the requirements when things are moving all over the place and you need to quickly click said things on opposite sides of the screen at almost the same time when you're using a touchpad. God, I need a wireless mouse.....

This is a great game, and it plays very nicely. But is there a pause button? I had to get up during my playthough and Fred died once or twice.

Heh. Not often that I call a game with a fair amount of blood and mucus "cute", but this one most definitely qualifies. Nice little primer into how the human body's systems work, and I gotta admit, it's pretty remarkable seeing the whole thing. The oxygen-to-the-legs and the protein breakdown were a wee bit annoying...I don't like having to watch different parts of the screen at once...but that's a minor gripe. In all, a really nice casual game. Yes, it's possible for a casual game to be about a man desperately trying to stay alive. Deal with it. 4/5
