Description (Game published on 2008-07-19)
Sidescrolling Collection Game I started to get into Actionsript 3.
The first game I ever programmed, so please be gentle ;)
Updates
Added a Highscore variable an a Submit button, still works just once per session, but now you can choose when to submit your best score.
Not the best solution, but I didn´t had enough time to fix it in a better way.
Instructions
Collect the Rings, avoid the Birds, Silver Rings grant Double Points for 10 Sec.

- Real birds can take out real planes by hitting them in certain places.

- like some things but the plane dives so quickly..just let go of up a nano second and your crashin..also birds do way to much damage, should maybe hurt plane not make it crash

- Very good for a first game. My suggestion is to have the ground scroll to create more of a sensation of movement. Good stuff.

- Congratulations on your first game! It's really nice!
A few suggestions (please don't take offense):
1. The timer after you die should be less, or even better if you click it restarts.
2. Make some walls that force you to go a certain path, that will a level of dificulty and fun to the game.
3. Some sound!

- Thnx for all the comments, I really appreciate it.
I´ll have a look into the score API and try to fix it.
For the long restart Timer: The game was messing up when I was restarting without the Animations finished so I locked it ;)
I´ll try to fix such stuff with my next version or game =)

- Nice game. It takes a little too long to restart after dying, and I don't think the API is working too well - it only registers my first score, not highest. The variable wind speed and direction makes for a good twist.

- Very nice idea, but it needs some twist. It's pretty boring after a while. Plus its too easy.

- GREAT for a first game! the only problem im having is that its insanely hard to control the airplane.. but after some practice it gets easier.. i think now im going to have nightmares about roidbirds though.. X_X

- i don't really think a bird would make u crash land u could change them to missiles and have a whole adventure after flying but thats my opinion apart from that :)good
