Ok look guys, this happens every time a new genre is made, when GTA came out, every open world game was a "GTA clone" sure it may have the same controls as patapon, but that dosen't make it a clone. Every time you see a shooter do you go "OMG ROFL wolfenstein clone 0/5!" no, mainly because msot of you don't know what that is, it's the first fps as we know them today. so look, it's similar to patapon, but that dosen't make it any worse of a game. I think it's great, nice work!

Great game! I can see that it was heavily inspired by patapon (which i have never played but know by reputation) but i don't think that it takes away from the fun at all. Great art design, above average sound, not necessarily innovative gameplay but fun!
btw, i think that a "copied" game is one that is entirely stolen. In my opinion calling this game copied would be like saying that "Cursed Treasure: Don't Touch My Gems!" is a copy of "Tower Defence".

It'd be cool if you could re-see the commands you learned somewhere, because when you take breaks you'd possibly remember just 2 or three of them!

Amazing game, nice storyline, and not enough plays. This game is one of his earlier ones; everyone has to understand that the graphics and/or playing style may not be as good as his newest ones, but they're still above-above average for even the best developers on Kong and any other website. This game is one of my favorites; 5/5 for me.

ok guys this might be like patapon but who cares no one ever says this about first person shooter games. is battlefield a copy of cod because it has classes in its multiplayer? !no! everyone complaining about similarities with patapon seams almost as hostile as xbox gamers to ps3 (not all xbox gamers just trying to think of a example).

I really had fun and that is all that matters and I appreciate that you have chosen to be inspired by a great game b/c you made a great game yourself with this one. Thanks! Would have really wanted to have some badges with this one also after completing the game would be cool if you can free roam on side quests to fully upgrade the tier 3 soldiers. Again thanks for the game!

i accidently skipped the tutorial... luckily its basically the same controls as patapon (one of my all time favourite games) and so i could pick up the game quickly and easily. its not a copy if he designed the game and coding himself so please stop moaning people. its pretty difficult to create a whole new genre of gaming and this is a great patapon style game

Nerdook has made some amazing games and i've never played one of his games that I didn't like. I'll admit I get tired of some of the tower and defender game repeats, but most of the time building upon what someone else did is how we get improvement.
Daleth makes an amazing point, but FPS dates all the way back to the 1970's with the atari and a game called maze war or something. There were a couple games between this game and wolfenstein (the earliest FPS I ever played), and then Doom was made the next year which revolutionized FPS even further. The cycle continues to half-life, then golden eye 007 (used to love this), then Halo and Call of duty. Somewhere along the way there was duke nukem, but my point is through copying other games we've gone from a simple atari game to amazing graphics in the halo series and modern warfare games. The improvements on this site won't be as significant as these, but the games will get better through the same concept.

patapon? no way. this game is FAR FAR Better than Patapon. i understand that at least a lot of players will rate down my comment, but it's not a copy, it's a new genre. just like Daleth1234 said.

this is weird, alot of people keep saying that pokemon, mystic guardians and outernauts are all clones, well its hard for people to think of something actaully ORIGINAL if you want a sequel everytime! same, just becauses its like patapon doesnt mean its still not one of the great nerdooks games!

I kept my first team when advanced classes became available. I just couldn't dissmiss all resourses and time I spent for their upgrades.
(Yes, I tried peasants at first so I can save money and replace them with someone strong later. This strategy let to my swordsman's death. NO THANKS).

Tip:Peasants,weak?yes but they are useful in the early part of the game because they can help you save money.Afterwards you can change them with something powerful.
