i found one on the 7th level, after winning i got a random item that was at the bottom right of the screen during the battle

are you people OK? I completed the game 1 time and got 4 special items, while stepping on the enemies side 1 time through all the rounds and I lost only 2 times. If it's hard then maybe you should learn how to play or don't play. PS why would you play a game you think sucks just to get a badge that gives 2x more points which do nothing

Okay, finally got a special item after defeating the ninth family. I never left my side of the arena, I had one character die. So I'm guessing it's just a random low chance of getting one if your opponent has them. I got one of the three that they had equipped. Incidentally now having gotten the badge of the day screw this game very much. One star rating may it be purged from the internet as a testament to it's suck.

Why does no one seem to have the answer on finding special items? Plenty of people seem to be willing to tell us what the items are and how they are used but nobody will share the info on how they are obtained.

3 fights in a row i have won while next to the special items, several other times was on the enemy side and not once have I gotten a special item!

Would be nice if bullets and other projectiles did not go through solid objects. Like a snowman,or a tree, or people.

A cat, with the 9 lives upgrade, who dies doesn't trigger the Shooters, when ally dies, upgrade. This should be fixed, or the upgrade descriptions changed.

I think you may receive a special item when you fight a family that have, at least, one special item. I´ve got one on Lvl 9. Got the badge ;D

Easy game lol
Took me like 5 minutes to get the special item
Tip: Aim for the stars but hope for the clouds
(Instead of bitching on about how you cant get the special item, try to finish the game)

okay am i being stupid or can I not fight other players? i'm on stage 15 and everytime I hit "play now" on the list of families, nothing happens...? what am I supposed to do now?

I'm trying all I can to be near the opponent's house or whatever looks like items, and still nothing. Bye bye easy badge.

Not enough explanation of unintuitive game mechanics, and no explanation of how to get the Badge of the Day. This is the second game in this series, so there's even less excuse. 2/5

This would be a good game, but how do you get special items? I will give this game one star till nerdook gets off his a... chair, and explains how you get them. One comment post and he could completely fix the problem.

Following alienbat comment: I just got a Special Item by standing in the adjacent tile to the Special Itemimage of my enemy. Try that, and thanks alien.
