Found an easy way to gain more money, thus having to grind less to win. Even better, it won`t affect/ruin your playing experience and can be used regardless if you go for a pacifist or killer spree playthrough:
Higher combo strings = more money. But instead of changing your playstyle, simply solve the level however you want (pacifist or killing), but before clicking the mainframe to end the level rapidly click on a light to switch it on an off and on again. Each time you do so, your combo count goes up. When it reaches max, click on the main frame to win and get a lot more money than you`d have gotten otherwise.
+ this tip to help spare others the mindless grinding

Mr.Scientist because you abandoned your post the factory was hacked and 30 people were killed...so tell me why you left your post! Well Sir the lights zapped me and it got dark and scary

Government scientists can't even turn on a simple light without the engineers' help... Those late night shifts must take a toll on them.

Voted ya up, Backbreaker. :) But what I REALLY want is a level creator mode for Rogue AI, and the ability to share it with others. I wanna make challenge maps and weird stages and turn off certain powers for those maps to make the solutions fun to figure out. If anyone else wants that, please Vote this comment up. :p

has it not occurred to anyone that there is a huge, huge irony around this game? :D the AI is, in fact, a human (you), while the humans (in the game) are AI controlled. mind screw!

-TIPS- Big Money: Before clicking on the final HACK, lock/unlock a door till 0 cycles left, then end (lights only give half as much). Cyborgs/Zombies that die repeatedly give 1 cycle each time. EMP/Locks make for easy pacifism wins. Hacker Girl can be distracted with telephone or brainwashing, she can also hack your drones, but not cyborg. If she is gonna hack PCs, blow it up first! Electric locks do 5 damage for 1 cycle on above door! Only 2 on bottom. 10 above electric locks=50 damage=better than sniper. PCs can be hacked with humans on same floor by them being too far (3 second hack, only takes 6 panels between) or by hacking PCs on both sides of floor. Hack a bot behind a strong human for great damage. All your bots turn off lights for free, this is good for free money and combo. If you want the best scores, you need to keep a x10 combo, Locking is perfect. My top scores: 11470 violent, 9500 pacifism. Thumb up if this comment helps you or others. :)

Please make it so that the game doesn't scroll downwards when I reach for a power to use. Preferably, use wasd or arrows to scroll up and down. Great game though!

Locking doors for fun and profit ... well, okay, just profit. 1. Hack all computers as pacifist 2. Lock doors near humans who can open them 3. Door-unlocking humans are compelled to run and open them immediately 4. Repeat - build up combo continually locking the same door that the humans will scurry to unlock again. 5. End as pacifist to get pacifist bonus as well.
It's amusing that playing as a pacifist gains you cash very quickly to buy upgrades to be a much more effective violent player.

"Augh! Our computer's being hacked, quick, unhack it! This could be - what? The scientist unhacked it? Cool, let's forget about it and go on with our lives..."

Even better than flickering lights is to get an engineer/agent to repeatedly unlock a door for you, so all your cycles go toward locking for money instead of just half of them.

I put a bunch of really dangerous stuff on one floor, with the last computer I needed to hack. This one scientist dodged zombies, survived everything I threw at him, and stopped me from hacking the last computer before the end of the game. I lost because of that one guy. That scientist saved the world, and died for it. I was kind of broken up about it.

Can you add an option to not have the screen scroll with the mouse, or make the powers hotkeyable on the number keys?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Lights cost 1 cycle to turn on AND off while door locks can be unlocked without cycle cost.Use this to your advantage combo jugglers

I wish you could toggle hacking security robots. Sometimes I will be farming cycles on an engineer standing under a light and a bot will come by, he'll get hacked, and I'll lose my pacifist capture. Not too much of a problem, but still an annoyance.

Strateg to make money:
1. Hack every bot and wait for them to kill all of the humans.
2. Hack every computer.
3. Make a huge combo string by using every last cycle on turning phones on.

I enjoyed sending in, like, 2 cyborgs at a time, and having enough quickly for a drone attack, and then the zombies would infest the place, and in about 30 seconds kill all the people even specials...mwehehe...

Okay, So... A scientist with 999 health is glitched in the corner. (It randomly popped up) and all computers being hacked came to a halt. I can do nothing now. D: And by the looks of it, there are a LOT of scientist with 999 health in that corner. (A lot of overlaps) xD

I couldn't complete the tutorial because the game placed a door over the mainframe. Then the achievements screen rubbed salt in the wound. "You must be a REALLY lousy player."

This is weak. Any comment with the slightest hint of criticism gets spammed with -'s cause god forbid someone should have find a negative thing about a Nerdook game.
Yes he makes good games.
Yes he makes unique games.
Does that make him a developer-god?
No, he works just as hard as every other developer, save your 5/5s for other games who other may not have a chance to compete against a Nerdook game.
I think I'm finished.
(Bracing for thumbs down!)

it turns out you can snipe someone right as they enter a door and their body falls down to the floor they were going to.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
5/5 nice game. here's a tip, if you're going for the pacifist run. you're hacking computer, where's nobody on the floor. if anybody will enter the floor, simply lock it he could unlock the door, but he's not gonna enter. if there's somebody on the floor standing on the bright spot and not moving, just force him by turning lights off and wait till everybody move away. and watch the doors, cuz they could come back.

Nice game.. but.. when i drop a killer cyborg... and he goes to a door.. i let him turn around cuz i dont want him to go to another room.. he just turns to another side and still goes to another room... is that a bug?? well.. 5/5

only thing i would suggest would be changing $ to megabytes or internet bandwidth or something, because seriouly, who sells military codes/server upgrades to a computer program? especially when computer are killing people?
