If you cant pick a Red upgrade, I suggest getting Massive Brainwash and Zombie Upgrade. That way it gives them two stages = more efficiency

I enjoyed this game. Halfway through playing it, I thought "This is like a nerdook game", and then I read the developer. Nicely played. Nicely played.

This game is fun because you can mess around with stuff and watch it happen but it is just to easy. It needs more specific objectives and limitations and stuff like that.

You can also just click a light switch (with overload lights toggled OFF) when a mechanic is under it. The mechanic will turn the light back on (fix it) and you dont have to spend cycles on reactivaiting lights (turning them on will not give you money, just spend a cycle) and there by make more than double the money than if you were to deactivate/reactivate light switch :P (Please leave a + if you found this tip useful - so others can see it too :D)

Documentation. Documentation. Documentation. It needs to be easy to access and complete. Example "Reset saved game" is unclear, so there needs to be a big, obvious link to the documentation which says exactly what this does. Does it delete all saved info, or does it take you to your last saved position? Or something else? To all game makers (all programmers): if it's worth making, it's worth documenting. If it isn't worth documenting, it isn't worth sharing.

After the first few facilities got hacked:"So, we're atacked by an AI, which can hack into our robots and use them to kill us? Lets build Robots with Machine-Guns and Automatic Gun Turret to protect us."

Found an easy way to gain more money, thus having to grind less to win. Even better, it won`t affect/ruin your playing experience and can be used regardless if you go for a pacifist or killer spree playthrough:
Higher combo strings = more money. But instead of changing your playstyle, simply solve the level however you want (pacifist or killing), but before clicking the mainframe to end the level rapidly click on a light to switch it on an off and on again. Each time you do so, your combo count goes up. When it reaches max, click on the main frame to win and get a lot more money than you`d have gotten otherwise.
+ this tip to help spare others the mindless grinding

There should be more upgrades that doesn't harm humans, what's the point of having a pacifist option if the game encourages you to be the opposite?

So, I was like ATTENTION HUMANS, I AM TAKING OVER THIS FACILITY! And the humans were like NO WAY! WE DEFEATED ALL THREE KILLER CYBORGS YOU SENT US, AND WE CAN KILL MORE! THERE ARE INFINITE HUMANS AND ONLY ONE OF YOU!

Sanmei's idea of repeatedly wasting cycles on doors and lights can be optimized with the fact that only locking doors and turning off lights gives money, and not unlocking doors or turning on lights.
