Forget tactics, to complete the final level, just buy the Gauss Gun. Everything else is a waste of time - it's so unbalance it's not worth trying. Time taken to use cloak etc to win? 5 minutes and boss less than half dead. Time taken using Gauss gun? 30 seconds and boss dead. You'll get shot many times, but it's irrelevant.

@chaos: that happened to me two, its retarded since you have a 100% chance to drop on it if you dont have ammo (which the blade boomering highly assures you need to get new shells)

ok the reload system for the boomerangs are retarded!! whenever i swap a weapon and the boomerings recharging it reloads as if it is a gun, this also happens if i go to another screen, the boomering is a good way to waste reloads from my perspective. ony buy it if you see alot of pottential in this little fu)ker

@FrostyThePyro: did you have the counter strike equipable on? that deals regular deadly damage i suggest replacing it with the impact equipable

Found a bug: on the Item Collection missions (that is, replaying the missions) if you're using a character that can die, and you collect the last item at the same time as get the killing blow, and have 0 syringes, and pick the leave immediately option, the character doesn't disappear from the character selection screen, though the award screen acts like the character really died.

yo dawg you know that the only reason i got on kongregate today was because i wanted to play just about any game by nerdook and i found a new one... definately worth the wait thanx nerdook for making this site all that much better;)

I thought monster slayer was the best you could do. i loved that game on my other kongreate account. I was wrong with the jacob and insane rouge saga and one to top even the best of games(your games and others) i will be irked if kongregate starts taking games down and chooses yours.

Would have loved a stealth element in this since they have fields of vision. The moment you attack a melee person with a melee attack, you are instantly hit in counter. Maybe a second delay or more knock back? Regardless another awesome game from the Nerd.

It would be nice if there was a survival mode. Something really hard that you could use all those later upgrades on after the final boss.

If possible, I would like to see health come back very quickly outside of combat. Up to the next quarter of course, but I don't want to twiddle my thumbs as it crawls up.
Love the game, though Demons Took My Daughter is still my favorite of yours.
