Under rating threshold (show) Daemon Balrog is bugged. Seems to either have way less health than described and or does not heal from fire as stated. Also while not a big deal it would be nice to know how much healer monks heal for.

Under rating threshold (show) This is boring, compared to your other games. I do think the addition of spells livens things up, but you should still pause the game for them like you do the unit choices.

Under rating threshold (show) I personally find it rather daunting that after one or two goes, the cards you receive aren't as high grade as your opponents. My second run through, I was facing Veteran soldier while my entire deck was completely riddled with Recruits. I'd also like to see the cost of buying a card or two lowered just a tad bit to make it where you don't have to risk humiliation and run through the game and lose a couple times before you get good. Don't get me wrong, this is a very well crafted game, but it has many flaws and such. Another suggestion would be to design what your General is to look like and an upgrade panel to make him stronger and not die every round. But that is only a suggestion.

Under rating threshold (show) *A small additional tutorail: If you don't like the look of your general when you start a new game, pause asap, and quit to the main menu. Then, delete the file (or start using one of the other 2 save files), then BAM new general. The appear to be randomly generated. Also as a suggestion, add a "pick general" section with a "Generate New" (or whatever) button that just randomly assigns gear designs (as appears to already be the case when starting a new game) and voila, a new level of awesome to the game.

Under rating threshold (show) I think that a talent system would be quite amazing an an addition to this game. maybe a "ranged" tree, "melee" tree, "mounted" tree, etc...

Under rating threshold (show) I have to say, I like it quite a bit. The Auto combat is tried and true nerdook style, imho. I would like to see a more tradional "shopkeeper" style for picking cards. Say, 4 random (...ish, but not so as you frequently get duplicates) cards to pick from when you are defeated. These cards could reset after every 2 defeats and you could pick which to buy, thus easing the "late game" downer of getting a bad draw on the purchased card (that costs too much, i think).

Under rating threshold (show) Battles seem a bit too long for there to be so little to do. (Collecting coins doesn't count. That's lame busy work that should be automatic in a game like this.) Also, the "Final Battle" banner obscures a lot of the battle area. Though at that point I'm not really NEEDING to see what is going on. I also think some scrolling control would be nice. Some types of units get way ahead of the pack and don't seem as important as the main army, but the camera follows the lead no matter what. Overall, this is not bad but it seams a bit... weak, compared to what I have come to expect from Nerdook. Still, it's hard to do much innovative with a "Conga-line Combat" type gamr.

Under rating threshold (show) I found a glitch.... i beat an exported army and it says i got the achivemnt but i go into the achivement menu and i dont have it. aso i get it every time i bet a army... i would haveall achives but its glitched..

Under rating threshold (show) I rather enjoy this game, however I wish there was a way to purchase new cards in the middle of the campaign, as opposed to waiting until you have to start all over again.

Under rating threshold (show) I like the new power-ups/tactics addition, but the placement of the icon for the tactic you choose seems a bit intrusive by being in the middle of the screen for those few seconds. Perhaps you could move it up next to the Remaining Reinforcements counter?

Under rating threshold (show) Thanks for making earlier levels a bit easier. The game could use an across-the-board slight speed increase I think (maybe implemented by making the distance between castles shorter rather than increasing attack or move speeds), and killing the enemy's castle should also end the battle immediately even if he has units left.

Under rating threshold (show) Lemme expand, I just noticed the option to see the enemy's card, but It allways seems that calvary are a mistake to deploy if there's any large cluster of spearmen, they just rush to their doom and eat up reinforcement points.

Under rating threshold (show) The game feels pretty interesting, but it's allways fustrating when the AI seems to read what card you play, and play the exact counter to it. Too many times have I deployed cavalry, and the opponent happens to deploy the spearmen at that exact point.

Under rating threshold (show) I know the matches are short and I'm probably just an impatient moron, but I would like a speed up button... You can make it a bonus you get for beating level 5 for the first time. Just annoying to me that I have to go through 1-5 every single time I make it to one of the horsemen easily and just get stomped because of bad luck.

Well...I guess if Tom Cruise can be The Last Samurai then I can live with Matt the Samurai. ;) Anyway, I would like a little more to do during a battle other than choosing cards and grabbing coins. Under rating threshold (show) Sweet game :) Beast was much easier than I expected... Easier than War or Pestilence. For those who need help, fire monk, death monk and longbow archers are very powerful ranged units, and the best tanks in my opinion are the ultimate knight and shadow vampire (leeches 100% of damage dealt). So i usually play my ranged units first, to get the equilibrium close to base so that the tanks/hero reinforce much quicker.

Under rating threshold (show) It's pretty disconcerting when you are doing great the first 3-4 stages of the campaign, then go against an opponent who uses nothing but elite ninjas and siege towers when you haven't even come up against those unit types yet and your cards consist of 99% Recruit units.

Under rating threshold (show) at a certain point, it's impossible to make qualified decisions aboot certain troops over other troops. it's imperative to see their stats to some degree so that they can be compared. if replacing a card didn't mean throwing out the replaced card permanently, then players could experiment and mix and match. With the system as it is now, replacing a card is a permanent choice, one which the player can find themselves often ill-equipped to make the proper analysis.

Under rating threshold (show) i do not understand the respawn cost. for some units, it changes throughout the battle. this feels incorrect. i would not want to summer a weaker unit (eg: rider) when it has a respawn cost of 3. in essence, this begins to dictate which cards you can or should play. with an already limited selection, the choice has a good chance of being automatic. not to be negative... at the end of the day, this boils down into a grindy card game, with a lot of your choice made up for you. i wouldn't mind seeing cards expanded into those that could be playable during the action

Under rating threshold (show) the castle is a bit of a screw over - in a close battle, whoever has the upper hand towards the end will probably lose due to backing your opponents into their castle. i've had consecutive games where in the first game, i was overwhelmed but backing into my castle proved to be the turning point. in this subsequent game, i had the upper hand but forcing the enemy back into their castle was the turning point against me. :/ to fix this, you have to allow me to choose advance or not or remove the advantage of castles

Under rating threshold (show) It seems like Pestilence's difficulty scales excessively. When I use poison immune units and can't win. When I use beatsticks I can't win. When I use healers, I can't win. I had a much easier time against the bosses at lower levels.

I'll fix it! Pestilence should have a lot less reinforcements since the poison effect is pretty powerful. sorry about that! will upload a new version in a while. Update: FIXED.

thanks! it's meant to be the strategy equivalent of Tekken or Street Fighter.... a series of battles against random opponents, culminating in a massive final battle versus a large monster!

Under rating threshold (show) Needs a Stats that players can see, so that we can tell if the lvl 3 Recruit is Better then the lvl 2 Vet. Also,Computer units can fall behind their tower while Player units can't, don't know if that was purposeful or not. May have more comments later.
