clearly just a copy of bongo boom battles, another game he created, which was poor attempt at a copy of Patapon. So, its basically a copy of a copy of a better game. 1/5 for no originality.

I think the creator was playing Patapon recently, and got inspired to do a game like it. That game is what I am playing right now.

Still haven't been beat. I have four divine grey knights, and one legendary if this helps. Please send someone to beat me.

The king is far from motivational. I mean "Were losing men!", "Always the drums!", and "We've got one of them!". It's hardly Aragorn.

I don't know if I like this or it's predecessor Bango Boom as much. Still though, even without having to have the user constantly press keys the game is great and plays extremely well. Yet another great game from my favorite developer.

great game, but I found 2 problems
1- some upgrades are so bad that made me restart my character...
2- the upgrade with the same name gives you no bonus to your special hability, so, a better prist is as bad as a low one...

You see in patapon, there was a stash, and a lot more to it. +1 so this guy learns for his next game, might actually be good. 3/5

Would be nice if you could swap out your active heroes. So let's say you've got a horseman that you don't want to use in a particular battle, there should be a little hero bar, so you can have, say, 5 extra slots. You can swap your active heroes in or out depending on what you need. Would also give you the chance to experiment with more classes and army configurations.

If the king set out to gather the strongest heroes of the land; why am I left with hiring four lvl1 yahoos who stand shooting at an empty stretch of land in front of the exit sign for five minutes because I didn't specify with enough precision that they had already killed the enemy and should finish the level?
Still; good game; cute little grind-fest with surprising depth. Any.

Would also be cool to have reserve units that gain some xp that you could switch in and out in between battles. Being able to preview class upgrades or even the upgrade trees would be cool.

It's awesome, but one thing I think would come in handy is if the whole group only moves as fast as the slowest moving character. It kinda sucks to have to wait for my armored unit to catch up when I really need him there :p Other than that, it's perfect!

Ummm there is a glitch, not sure if it's just me but I upgraded my 1st unit(1st slot) To max, it wouldn't let me upgrade anything else. So I hit continue or start story.. When it went back to main menu all my guys were the same unit and level 99? I couldn't do anything with them..
