Boomerang spinning at 90, shark summoning spell, T-rex beeping under control, explosive revolver that is actually explosive when thrown.. what could go wrong? Just focus at vehicle upgrade and get 3 extra ammo, and you could run the whole game with boomerang.

Explosive crates are a nuisance, they only slow you down or make your truck jump from impact, their blast barely even touches anyone, you can kill zombies with gun before the damn thing even explodes. There should be an option to choose your upgrades so you could skip this one completely.

I think gauss rifle or shark gun is the best, lots of randomness in the game in regards to extra ammo clips with balloons. With explosive revolver I had 11 clips by the time I hit 500 meters one game.

This game would be awesome with a friend. Please make a co-op mode where one person drives and one person shoots or one person shoots and the other gets like a machine gun or granade launcher and uses the arrow key to move it or down.

Alright so. To get the hard badge. First off have all the upgrades. Start with the shark gun. Then hope your back up isnt a crap gun. i used sharks on the first 3 steel blockades. Then the spikes. But more or less have the sharks go near the bottom of the road. And aim for ammo when you see it. If your running out before 2k distance of sharks then you are shooting to much.

To get the hard badge, use the shark gun and just make sure you shoot all the ammo balloons so you can spam ( I also saved my spiked wheels for when im going max speed) and use 2 large wheels. Keep this comment alive if you liked the advice.

Shark Gun is an instant hard badge. It has a large enough clip size, pair that with all the full upgrades, and shoot in moderation.. The sharks eat everything in their wake, and tend to get any ammo balloons floating around. I found myself with 8 full clips by the time I passed the second bridge o_O

I managed to go the farthest with the shark gun and large wheels. The guass rifle and t-rex are way more powerful but the amount of ammo the shark gun gets makes up for it. The extra ammo balloons really help out with that many sharks per clip!

to those of you that cant get the escape badge you have to pass the 1000+ mark before you finish the 20 trial run and the badge will be awarded to you after you complete all 20 runs (vote up so people can see unless its too obvious)
another thing am i the only one that likes the boomerang blades as their weapon before the shark gun and the remote control of course

I think you can get the hard badge either with shark gun or gauss rifle. The key to this badge is KEEPING UP SPEED! I personally used the shark gun and both large wheels (don't know if it's important, but why not say it?). I was at level 27 and had all upgrades. My strategy was pretty much spam the shark gun (in front of the car, further when it speeds up) while trying to get the ammo balloons. I used my spiked wheels only when I got stuck on those iron crate piles (sharks aren't that good against them when you're stuck). But in the end I still had only last spiked wheel when I got to 2400 m, so I just used it. I got my second weapon (rocket launcher) only after the 2500m mark, so I don't think you need to be lucky with it. I made to 2827 m, btw. Hope it helps!

2716 meters. Big front wheel, small back wheel, shark gun, auto drive ON. make sure you have the middle skill maxed so the ammo baloons pop up constantly and you get tons of sharks to shoot.

I noticed something, probably got mentioned before. When your truck dies, the driver turns into a zombie near the tombstone. I had great fun smashing in my past selves' heads.

Sure the guys in the trucks have it hard but i feel even worse for the guy who has to run through all the mutans just to plant a gravestone for each dead truck. He is the real hero of this game

LOL I found the most invincible item in the game! A couch that was unable to be shredded by spikes, devoured by T-Rex or blasted to hell with lasers. None of those methods worked and it stayed intact under my wheels.

I love the upgrade system in this game - the upgrades were really well thought out and the weapons gradually got much better than the ones before which I found nice as I thought (as many would) that I wouldn't not be able to escape, being stuck at 400m+ away from escaping buy the upgrade system made it so that as long as you got to the better weapons you WOULD get to the end. I got to the end on truck 12/13 I believe with the Combat Shotgun which is probably the best weapon as it has a very wide range for hitting ammo balloon which are very important, could wipe out most debris and has quite a bit of ammo, but you definitely need the ammo upgrades for it. Also, save your spikes for the steel box barricade-things.

great game, only problem is how quickly it is you can loose due to getting knocked upside down. i thing it's to do with how the missile flies dynamically, and only descends when you're moving slowly. it's super obvious and makes it unconfortable to do well

I like this game! Towards the start, you feel rushed and weak, like you'll never see the end, but towards the end, you know you can easily make it now and it's just fun. So cheers to the developer! :)

shark gun is the most epic weapon here.. lots of ammo, high damage and can kill lot of enemies in just one bite :D
also i use large back wheel and med front wheel, it maximize car speed

Tip: Leave wheels at normal, normal. Keep driving and leveling up. Level up general first for explosive carts, then combat each time. Once you unlock the boomerang, ALWAYS USE IT. It gives the truck a little speed boost. Save the spike tires for the metal crates too. ^^ + so others see,

Are the "random" backup weapons actually random, or are they based on how strong your primary weapon is? Every time I use the Gauss Rifle, I get a Machine Pistol and 9MM Pistol as backup...

As soon as you get the grenade launcher don't use anything else, it gives you the most points besides the epic weapons at the end.

If you make your Engine upgrade up like 6 times, and then make your Front wheel big, and back wheel small. It works really well for me.

Wow, Shark Gun is pretty awesome - both for its reference and efficiency. For hard badge, simply point the aim of the gun in the right section of the screen and above the ground level, then constantly shoot sharks whenever the last one disappears. Obstacles will be destroyed way almost immediately after they appear, allowing the truck to accelerate to higher speed (which is about the time to aim the right end of the screen, since the sharks won't be able to catch up the truck after some point). The barricades are destroyed within 3 seconds by simply shooting 3 sharks in a row, so you may save up some spikes until the last three barricades or whenever sharks don't slice the boxes fast enough. Even after I reach 2500 I still had 3 or so ammo left, so don't need to worry too much about saving up the sharks either. Hope this helps a few people.

I haven't seen a comment on this topic recently, I got the hard badge with a bit of luck with the Gauss Rifle (got loads of ammo) and a relatively good secondary weapon as I ran out of ammo (assault rifle for me). Shoot the zombies before they come in order to keep your speed up to almost 120 for almost all the game. I tried the tRex and Shark Gun but didn't have as much success, maybe it's just my personal experience. Excellent game BTW!

Any game where I can say "The shark gun is way over powered" is a good game just for that fact. But yeah..the shark gun becomes near unstoppable when you have a good run of ammo balloons. I would never use the giant flying T-Rex with the laser on it's head.....yeah...that is awesome too...

Best gun for most of the game is the blade boomerang. It's much more efficient than anything you get before at least the sawblade launcer. Just fire it straight forward, with only 5 clips you should be able to always have one up killing almost everything. The best weapon in the game is the rocket launcher. For some reason kills with rockets are worth more points, clearing a run with the Gauss Rifle and killing practically everything was worth about 400k, I managed to get 1.1m in a single run with the rockets, and that's without the double zombie points upgrade.
