In the menu there is an empty space in the bottom left even after unlocking all levels. After I beat the dev score on all levels, that turned into a button. Clicking that button gave me a code. I have no clue what the code means or what to do with it.

Dear Developer, please drink a couple shots before going for a high score. Your scores put my feeble attempts to shame. Really fun game - never would've thought I'd end up playing snake again!

Every time I get one point less than my goal, which is often, I start to rage... but the music is so calm. It's a good game: it has the difficulty of a rage game, but little to none rage factor. No broken keyboard this time!

Unlock requirements should be visible somewhere even after you unlock levels. I'm curious what I did to get some of those. Also, there should be an option for the descriptions to appear in their entirely without waiting when hovering over a mode; some of them take a while. Otherwise, nice creativity, pretty cool game.

When I first discovered this game, it was on Notdoppler.com, and the game crashes a lot on that site for some reason. I'm glad that it works on Kongregate!

Need an "impossible badge" on beating all dev. score, so I can claim mine =p

Wrap-around makes a lot of the levels much easier. On levels where there are no poison squares, once your snake starts to get long, you can just have it move to the right all the time and just go up a couple of lines each time you cross the screen, to avoid running into your tail. So, for example, it doesn't matter that you can't turn left on the "last" level, because you only need to go up and right.

I have to say this a truly masterpiece of originality. Indeed, this is the best version of snake I've played and I guess I'll play in my whole life. I can`t help saying I loved every single level (except the boom one, which I think is insanity level) and they made me want to beat every dev record. In conclusion, my congratulations to the developer/s who have done an awesome work and in my opinion the kind of originality that we want to see in kong. This is the kind of occasion in which I would rate more than 5 but I can't. Hope the rating gets better because this is truly a materpiece.

Can I make a suggestion? Perhaps include the Dev High on the screen while you're actually playing the level. Sometimes I forget what score is needed for a level in order to win.

I would really like the ability to disable the "tilting" animation on the menu. It makes me feel quite ill and prevents me from enjoying what is otherwise an excellent game.

One of the best games I've ever played!! It's so creative, always has new surprises, and unlocking the achievements/games were very satisfying. Played this for at least 2 hours :D

This is kind of strange, possibly a bug, but I got 20 on python, which is exactly the dev score, and it unlocked the plissken, which the requirement is to beat the python dev score, however it didn't contribute to the cobra, also before I matched the rat snake score before python and it didn't unlock the solid snake.

Tip for Boomslang: Don't play it with WASD, it's bugged. The Dots dont show up when turning with WASD, they only do when using the arrow keys. Took some time to figure that out^^

I hate it when on Python a new pixel appears next to an old one. I don't know which one is the old one or the new one...

Has issues with current flash versions that make the controls wonky at best. Slow responses/lag common with games not updated over time.

1 point for deriving from one of the most legendary, simple yet entertaining, games of all times. 1 point for keeping a pixel graphic, instead of trying to be like the millions remixes of snake that have been made, that try to give a modern look and inevitably end up to crap. 1 point for the imagination and creativity you showed by making all those clever variations. 1 point for the nice system of achievement unlocks. 1 point for the name. And definitely favorite for being overall one of the most awesome latest flash games. Way to go!

this is just... amazing work, it's the most creative version of snake, as well as making it the most addictive (iv'e played it for quite a few hours now). congratulations for re-vitalizing this great classic game 5/5 +fav

I liked it! But there's one tiny problem: It looks like WASD controls were only added in fairly recently. I played through the entire game with WASD controls, but I couldn't get past Boomslang. I thought the developer was absolutely crazy, expecting us to get at least 15 points with invisible dots that kill you. It seems that the level just wasn't adjusted for WASD controls; dots flash on the screen if you hit an arrow key, but not a WASD key. Otherwise, fun game!
Ah it was late and I was a little tired when I rolled out the WASD patch. Unfortunately I wont be able to fix this to later tonight. Thanks for the heads up.

Heyo! Great game, I keep coming back, improving my score and trying to beat levels in different order and all :) However, I noticed a bug in King. Sometimes, actually several times during one run, when I eat a pill it just keeps on moving, sometimes I have to eat it several times before it stops and counts as a point. Other times when I eat it it just disappears and doesn't count as a point. And just now after a while the pills stopped moving which made the level easier but I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that? Anyway, just thought I'd give a heads up, if no one else has the same problem then it's probably just something on my side. Again, great game, 5/5 and favourited :)

I'm not sure if this really is a glitch or not, but I've been playing Sea Snake and occasionally pills will just spawn at the bottom, instead of starting at the top and dropping.
