so there we had crashed... with our giant army all unequipped and we had to make own weapons out of our rescources. and whenever a new day arrived. yesterdays weapons and soldiers were gone even with out casualties last day.

Have you considered traps? How long would a spiked trench take to dig? How long would it be before the spikes were ineffective due to the sheer number of bodies? How long before the zombies use each other to spring forward faster turning a filled trench into a hazard? What about bombs? shrapnel could be dangerous to your survivors.

Needs to have a restart wave, im on wave 16 of day 3 with over a dozen flamethrowers, suddenly they get one guy, which was covering another guy, then everyone becomes dominoes and runners have a buffet

Awesome game, if you make a second, some ideas I would love to see:
-Upgrading specific unites after they earn 10,100,1000 kills, they get a damage boost and/orrange boost.
-Turrets: I would love to see the ability to equip turrets to the ship. you can have a limited number of turrets up at one time, lets say four or five, and you upgrade them with resources.
-Poison weapon: a weapon with a long range that shoots poison gas that hits a target and stays there for a bit, anyone who runs through the poison takes damage.
-Ice launcher: Much like the flame thrower, except instead of damaging enemies it freezes them, damage from any other source instantly kills them.

At day 5, first 9 waves you must recruit all nailguns and put them a little far away from the placing limit. Then, wave 10 you gotta use beam(4). Then, you gotta place 9 flamethrowers 3 by 3 by 3 at 1/3 of the horizon each and still a little far away from horizon limit and infront of the nailgun dudes. Then, you gotta put the imploder dudes at least 4 of them and then very important, from back of the nailguners to place at least 4 fuel launchers and 2 flare guns, helps alot. And at every wave 11-20 to use sentinels and repulsors. At last wave its impossible to beat it without beam. + this is very helpful for day 5.

Day 5 finished 0 people lost i went a hell of a lot of nail gun guys in front after the 5th wave i moved them back and added flare gun guys and the other long distance ones that stop them keep going like that and then i added a tight layer of imploders right in front and then when i didnt spend anything else till the end of the 2nd last round where i brought 5 Beam Cutters to sit behind my nail gunners so it looked like 1 layer of blasters 5 tight layers of nail gunners 1 loose layer of beam cutters 1 layer of fuel launchers 1 layer of flare gunners and then during the battle i used the repulsor and the Beam cannon every time the repulsor reloaded i used it and same with the beam cannon it works trust me i did it with 0 losses

I hate how if one of my guys die it is literally impossible for my guys to kill that one enemy and it kills all of my soldiers.

Foe the "Tools of the Trade" Badge, use Sentinel(3) as your main gun. If the aliens get halfway between your ship and the spawn point, spam Repulser(1) until they're not near the half point. When you get to the levels with the runners or bursters, try to kill them first. When they get to 3/4 of the path and there are a lot of them, use your Beam Surge(4). If you do this, you can probably get through the whole level with close to 100% health. Keep this comment alive:)

If you're going for the Tools of the Trade badge be careful not to accidentally place a gunner. Even if you cancel the placement without actually placing the man on the field it seems to ruin the attempt. I am having to recomplete the badge attempt because of this.

It would be nice to be able to add a gunner during the wave, because I'm often 75 recources away from the gunner i want, but i have to start the wave anyway...

Finally got the 12 gold stars badge, though I still can't beat day 3 on hard at all. The key to making it through day five with no losses is a lot of imploders spaced in several ranks. Don't put them too close together or they will wind up wasting too many attacks by having multiple units shoot the same target, and imploders always kill their target in one shot. With enough nail gunners to and a few flamethrowers to support, they can be very effective. I also built a trio of fuel throwers and flare launchers just because I like seeing marching zombies on fire =)

quit complaining about day three, they give you flamethrowers for a REASON
just set them up so their ranges cover the whole field

Tip for last day: just buy nailgunners and 3 flare gunners...ready the repulse cannon....and dont buy until the wave is 10(well until the hunter shows up) on the wave w/ hunters buy lots of flamethrower as 1st line and dont sell the nailgunners...when the infected shows up..buy imploders and fuel launcher(for burster and unhidden hunters{to slow them) and spam repulsor to get them grouped together then fire the beam support cannon....do this until the last wave and ur clear
did this and i only had lost 1 infantry(a flamethrower i putted on the middle out of boredom...suprisingly it survived a wave xDD LOL) hope this helps cuz it helped me a lot

Maybe I'm dumb, but I still can't get the hang of Day 3. I Beat it on Easy, but couldn't even get a perfect day on that haha. Oh well, got my 12 gold stars on the other 4 days easily enough. Very fun game, though. 4/5

Great game. It's fast-paced, especially for a defence game, and there aren't annoyingly many waves which just grate on your patience. More statistics would be nice, like kills the last wave (rather than the entire day), and damage dealt.
