Level 15 and still coming back, good job keeping me interested thus far, but I must say, being so limited on space for rooms is starting to get to me, at least provide a way of getting dungeon marks in-game, I want those extra tiles so badly =(

Kongregate is turning into a second-rate gaming site that takes money in return for a quick 2 days on the "Hot" list. And, since Multiplayer games are where all the greedy people are, that's why there's so many of these "Hot" new money-stealing games on the front page. Disgraceful, really.

the way around this problem is to keep some tiles spare early in the game incase of this problem, i've been able to move rooms up to lvl 4 because of this, costly mistake though--------
I'm really frustrated with the upgrade system - not being able to move the room after you've created it means that I've gotten stuck with having to demolish and completely rebuild a number of times when the upgrade all of a sudden requires more space

"Dungeon Overlord is a multiplayer competitive strategy game" Saw this and knew it would be an unenjoyable pay-to-win game.

That moment of excitement when you unlock a new dungeon slot, followed by a moment of " Where the heck am I going to occupy?"

It's not Dungeon Keeper but it's still not as greedy and horribly implemented as EA's own Dungeon Keeper Online. Now THERE's a turd of a cow clicker.

Great graphics, unfortunately they forgot to implement the fun. About the time you get your 2nd dungeon you run out of quests that can be easily obtained and they give a few quests to get you to spend coins that might save you a lot of grief later, like the 25 map square upgrade. I can't imagine too many people tolerating the game up to level 20 without spending. Also, there's nothing fun about surveying multiple mountains one dungeon at a time, but it's very important to get a good resource mix in your second dungeon.

This game has potential. If they can increase the size of the dungeons, the number of titles, make moving rooms easier and pull the "money before game" aspects out, I will be around for a while.

nice game, epic designs and a well made AI for the goblins orcs and all the other monsters you can get overall rate 9/10

Hm. Slow game and I may have found a bug: I can't build any more dungeon tiles even though I should have 5 spare tiles allowed and I have the gold needed. I can't build the workshop. Also, it seriously needs some sort of upgrade that doesn't require real cash to allow autocollection of resources. This look and click is not fun.

Oh god, it's like you took Dungeon Keeper and sucked all the fun out of it by making every action take half an hour to complete. Thanks guys. Just what I wanted.

Daily log on bonus could be better... Getting an increase in a primal resource every 4 days is kind of boring. I now end up having to ship my daily log in bonus to other dungeons because i get so much of it that i don't use at my main dungeon. It should really be more like: Day1-xfood, Day2-xgold, Day3-xprimal, Day4-xprimal, Day5-xrarer resource, Day6-xfurniture/really rare resource, Day7-1 dungeon mark. Then cycle at the end. That way i have a real worth while reason to continue logging in as well as give players a way to earn dungeon marks even if it does take a while.

South Eaglewood is just north from East Eaglebrook and West from North Maplegrove. I'm amazed my orcs always seem to find their way.

@jef hide creatures, build a trap maze, ship as many res as you can out of your raided dungeon, and safe storage as many res, and thus discourage your enemy from farming you. Good luck! :)

to dev: you should give us more free room tiles everytime we level up we have to wait ages till we have enough tiles again to build all the different rooms in this game.

I saw "Multiplayer" and instantly thought "money whore". I hoped I was wrong, but I'm not surprised that I was right...

[Update Notes :•All Rooms in Dungeon Overlord can be Upgraded to Level 21. The amount of Resources it takes to get to Level 21, will be similar to what it took, previously, to get the maximum Level of 5. ] farking liar! similar my a*s*s!

What moltenstar says is true. All you need to know is how to manage your resources & have patience: Look at it this way: You don't need to pay a cent, & while waiting for upgrades/mines, go play another game simultaneously!

A pretty fun way to kill some time, I just wish it was more evil! I mean, I'm supposed to be some kind of demon overlord, right?

This reminds me. Whatever did happen to the promised launch of Dungeon Keeper III ? Oh yeah, and like everyone else, I vote for an end to multi-players here :)

Cool-Like it. Its more complex than average browser game-may be even a bit more complex than dungeon keeper. Waiting times a bit longish (level 11). Keen for Iron right now..What is hard, is to see the interdependencies for next level of an infrastructure. Also, would like to see iron in main GUI permanently as well as the other ressources..go, game started cool, love it

The devs should have implemented a system of mini-games for getting bonus resources or at least for having some fun. Without it the game is almost unplayable! Most of the time you just wait for getting enough resources and when you have them you spend them in seconds. Or you have to wait till the ridiculously long waiting time for some action is over. Should I log in once a week or smthn?
