The code for level 16 changes depending on the time of day you have, if you see a moon, it is night. If the clock is at "12" and "15" at night, the code is then "0015#" because the code is set as a 24-hour format set to whatever the clock is set on.

the game is all easy till level 22 ^.^, freaking humpty, level 16 is simply the clock and the moon/sun, it is set in 24 hr time, so if it says 12:15 with a moon then it is 0015#, if it is a sun just add 12 hours to it, 1215#, simple as that. level 21, the pieces move back at different speeds, press them BR-TR-BL-TL, it has to be quickly though.
