This game is officially broken on Kong. Progress lost, you can't gain monkey money etc etc. Such a shame as I along with many others grew up playing these games. It most likely won't be fixed due to the ending of flash player in December. You've been fun BTD5...

The only real problem I have with this game is the banana farm. It's a hassle to keep moving my cursor over the thing to collect bananas every five seconds, especially when I have the gatling monkey tower and my darts are flying crazy everywhere. It needs to have the same sequence of collecting as in BTD 4 Other than that, the game is great.

It is essential to have the Banana farm towers. They give you tons of cash. Even though it doesn't seem like it at first, they are a game changer when you get in to free play mode.

Great Game. I love it !! A minor annoyance though:
On extreme track, they charge 25 monkey money per attempt and tell you that you get ninjakiwi coins on win and when you win there are no ninja coins. Don't get fooled by this, you cant use these coins to buy premium upgrades on Kong. I wonder why devs have kept this track on Kong when anyone trying this will end up frustrated. (+ so everyone can see it)

The Monkey Temple is the mos cost effective tower in the game. If you want to get far in Freeplay, it is vital that you have some Max Temples.
For the Monkey Temple, what towers you sacrifice determine its power. In order to get maximum Temple Power, you'll need to Spend:
$30,000 of Bomb or Mortar towers for missiles
$10,00 of Ice Towers for Ice
$10,00 of Glue Towers for Glue
$10,00 of Apprentices for Tornadoes
All of these will be shot out of the Plasma the Temple shoots. In addition, if you spend $30,000 in other towers, it will shoot out 16 Blades like a Tack Shooter.
An easy way to get a max temple is to sacrifice-
Three 4/2 Mortars
One 4/0 Ice tower
One 4/0 Glue tower
One 0/4 Apprentice
One 0/4 Super Monkey
Also, I recommend not upgrading the range of the Temple until yo have given the sacrifices, so you can avoid accidental sacrifices.

Wait, 260,000 monkey money in-game for $100? If I'm giving you $100, why not just give me unlimited in-game money? For that matter, why would you even have an option that costs $100?

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like Supernova works either, so I guess there's no coming back now. Made many accounts on this website over the years, first one was over 10 years ago. Sad to see that a gaming site from my childhood is now practically out of service, but oh well.

The greatest TD I have ever played with a 5th installment, who can argue with that? It was the first game I played on Kong and I was not disappointed, it kept me coming back here to play more awesome games, with that I say thank you NinjaKiwi, you make a damn good game, do not stop.

Kongregate decide to be trollish and removed SuperNova support, THEN replaced with Ruffle that wasn't stable yet.

This is an excellent game, but there should be more stuff to do when you are a high rank. You unlock 2 new maps at rank 60, yay, but so what? There needs to be more stuff...

I don't like how if you place a Temple of The Monkey God near another one, it destroys it. You should be able to have two without them destroying each other.

If you want a temple, you need the best temple.
To achieve a maxed out temple, build these towers in the sungods range:
Three 4/2 Mortars
One 4/0 Ice tower
One 4/0 Glue tower
One 0/4 Apprentice
One 0/4 Super Monkey
