Dude - you gotta program those cannons so they don't shoot at black bloons. Duh. They're immune. Also - program them to shoot ONLY at lead bloons if they are on-screen and in-range. Thx.

Thanks to all the commenters helping me out I had beat this on easy before but gave up on the other 2 difficulties. I have played all of the balloon games. Always good keep up the great work.

hey guys,funny glitch.get a tack shooter then go to the upgrade screen.press tab until the box is on the faster shooting upgrade then press and hold enter for 2-3 seconds.it should say hypersonic speed.your money goes to negative after that!

hey yall, as long as you have enough for an initial upgrade purchase, you can keep hitting enter and go negative money. You gotta pay it back, but if your having trouble with the hard badge, there you go.

i like glitches. i used that glitch and got the achievements. 5/5 rating. upgrade all the range on tack towers (wont do nuttin) and place several and it looks like spiderwebs. and for all who didnt know about the tab its the button left of the Q.

Just finished hard mode with 50 lives and didn't got the medal...Some internet failure or whatever...Anyway I can get my medal? It was not easy to do it you know O.O

Hypersonic tack shooter bugged out and won't hit anything. Meanwhile, I'm so massively in debt from making it in the first place that I can't build anything else.
So much for the hard badge. =\ Lame.

that glitch is awesome. i hate that its cheating but its amazing! it gives you money when you use it. i have a tack tower on hypersonic speed andit covers the whole damn map.

This game in general is really good, but one thing i really hate is when the tack shooter leaks a few RED bloons on the first level and misses it completely for about 3 times....... + if you agree

you actually don't gain money when you do the glitch your actually negative that's why you cant buy anything when you do it or if you do and you don't have enough for the upgrade

Guys... Clearly the moneys have a deathly allergic reaction if they come in contact with rubber. Hence why they must murder the bloons before they can invade the monkey homeland and kill all of them!

The badge is definitely possible and also super easy with the Hypersonic Tack Shooter glitch. That's just crazy. Hard badge? Not any more!

For anyone still playing this game, it IS not impossible to get the hard badge without the glitch. The idea is keeping an equal amount of towers countering the left and right waves. Don't be afraid to spike a lot in the early levels, and later, against the black bloons. 1) Start the game with one cannon in the top right corner of the crossroad. 2) Build two dart towers near the bottom of the screen. Range upgrade them, trust me, it's worth it if you place them properly. 3) Make four unupgraded tack towers in corners. 4) Add a second cannon by the crossroads. 5) Build two boomerang towers, one in the top right area, the other one in the crossroad area. Both need to get the multi hit upgrade. 5) By this time, just keep adding unupgraded cannons and multi hit boomerangs to the mix. Remember to place 1 cannon per side near the entrance so that you can quickly eliminate lead bloons. I beat the game with 42 lives left, only because I left an easy yellow bloon get through.

To gain any badge on this game with no effort whatsoever build a tack shooter at the earliest possible crossroads on the level. Use the TAB key to select faster shooting and hold down the ENTER key for a minute or so. Your money will run into the negatives, and appear to be rapidly increasing. Start the wave, and now your single tack shooter is strong enough by itself to beat level 50 on Hard without letting a single Bloon through =)
