Is it just me or does the spike factory almost never throw spikes in a useful area? Like...most the time mine throws them off the track where no balloon will ever be. Waste of money in my experience, I've never had them be as useful as a tack shooter.

Almost May 2018, and i had to revisit this gem. One of the games i grew up playing at school while in elementary, now im in college, and its just as fun :) loved this one and bloons 3. Will always be some of my favorite browser games!

the "Tap track" is the one that looks like a faucet, aka "tap" as in "tap water", with water coming out the nozzle. it is the first intermediate track.

Livy24, the road spikes are simply ten spikes which you place on the path, where each spike pops one [regular type] bloon. They are not a tower and thus expire at the end of each turn, no matter how many spikes remain. They are best used near the end of a path if your defenses missed a few bloons. Do try to limit purchase of these, as over the long run, they are much more expensive than the towers. Of course, if you do not have a tower which can attack your first [single] camo bloon, place one set of spikes near the start of the path (somewhere in front of your bloon), and your bloon(s) will be dealt with in short order.

EvilDrunk: Ninjakiwi has both added and subtracted tracks since the badges were made, so do not rely on what the badges say is the number of the track. The first part of the second badge is the first map, known as Road Track, which, from what you said, you have completed. The second part of that badge is Tap Track, which is currently the first Intermediate track listed. It is the one shaped as a water faucet. The next badge is the next two Intermediate tracks; the one with the circular shapes with four exit/entrances and the one with earth in the middle. I believe that the last badge is the final two maps. The first of those is the last Advanced map which is named Stream Track; notice the dirt curved stream bed with rocks and surrounded by grass. The second is Ant Track, which is the one which ends with four different zigzag directions. This is by far the hardest map, which is why it says expert; learn different strategies from the other maps. Good luck!

how can i find out what the name of the track is? i can't get the badge for the tap track, but i can't find out which track it is. Yes i completed the first 2 tracks

@Ironmatt665 the "Tap" Track is the first one of the Intermediate Difficulty Tracks. It's in the top row on the right. (If you look closely, the road looks like a water tap)
