myninth it can go through two separate bloons. so if there were 2 reds next to each other, it could pop them both. nothing except the upgraded mortar can pop through two bloon LAYERS at once

This is in response to Myninthpassword's queries: Yes, the Dart Monkey's second upgrade allows him to pop two [outer layer] bloons. Basically, what you are asking refers to how they describe "layers" of bloons. The only tower which can "pop" multiple layers of a bloon at a time is the Mortar Tower. (Though there is the Super Monkey Storm, which is an ability available with with your first fully upgraded Monkey Beacon).

This game kind of gives me a way of thinking that a TD game is like a digestive system to use the right organs on each food (bloons) is essential for winning anyway but there's also a lot of difference anyway, They're still the same at that point.

I'm totally not cheating by buying high-tier upgrades early. (I upgrade a tower, and before the upgrade animation finishes, I click on another tower and upgrade a higher tier.)

You have to follow it to the letter until the mid-40's (which will require lots of saving and restarting), and then you can either continue to follow the walkthrough (I don't recommend that), or wait until he goes to sell the first Ice Tower. Instead of selling it so you can upgrade the Boomerang, instead wait a bit into the round to upgrade the boomerang. The money you save allows you to get out an upgraded banana factory even quicker. By the mid-60's I was spitting out a new Research Facility every round and have more defense than I knew what to do with.
